BACKSTORY:
Aspen was a botanist, aka a flower researcher.
Into the deep woods of Thornano, Aspen was searching for flowers to study.
He stumbled upon a strange looking pink flower, it’s stem was pink, too.
Aspen grabbed the flower and brought it back to his dwelling, and into his study room, that held many flowers he discovered.
Aspen carefully examined the flower, and trying to see what made it’s stem pink, hours pass by and he is to rest.
Aspen falls asleep and wakes up with an aching headache and a stinging eye,he looks into the mirror and finds tiny pink dots near his eyeball.
Aspen rushes to a professional doctor in desperate need of an explanation, the doctor states that there is no research of the ‘sickness.’
Days pass on, and Aspen is extremely anxious. His right eye is turning pink out of irritation.
Weeks pass later, a flower blooms into his right eye, completely tearing and pushing his right eye out of the socket.
Aspen screams in agony, more days pass and the right side of his face is completely covered in pink flowers, even if he tries to rip it off, it pulls on his skin and fur and hurts badly.
Aspen doesn’t go out of his dwelling for days, knowing people will recognize him as a monster, he can barely see himself, as the pink flowers melt into liquid, spreading all over his face untill he is unrecognizable.
The flowers comepletely destroys him, he is no longer normal.
He is a beast.
