Mr. Tata's was a gentle dove, Everything he dreamed of, everything he accomplished, everything he struggled with was for the people. So moving, so touching. Such an incredible heart. Just loved this gentle soul. Will miss him forever.
I still say the nano worked. May be not in numbers but I know many friends of mine who just started working who was able to afford a car because of Ratan’s Sir nano. Numbers are important. But sometimes the whole point is to able to afford a dream. He had that dream and he made it a point to fullfill it for the common people. If only the Indian politicians had a heart like him.
Absolutely the true Ratan of India even though Nano doesn't receive that amt of success surely Sir Ratan as a business tycoon he was he knew the selling profit is almost nill but I appreciated his guts that he went along with his heart no businessman in the whole India would have his guts..the Tatas are more patriotic then all politicians of his era and even today hope his life inspire the millenials and genz
I had an Indica (petrol) 1.6L, a wonderful vehicle; gave it away after 1.85 Lakh KM for a NEXON. Both vehicles are awesome - built for India by a true Indian Patriot. A genuine behind the scene GENTLEMAN. 🙏💐🌺🌼❤️
Maybe we the people of West Bengal do not deserve to have a visionary like Late Ratan Tata among us; maybe we like to plunge into a downfall so deep that nothing can save this state from absolute darkness. My heartfelt respect to Late Ratan Tata, an exceptional Indian of humanity, courage and integrity.
So true, I came here to comment the same... It's just been a week and these people can't remember the date correctly... Imagine our history must be manipulated so much by people like these...
Exactly, I came here to comment the same. It's just been a week since he passed away and these people can't remember the date correctly already... Imagine how our history must've been manipulated by people like these...
Nano at Rupees One Lakh. Current generation will not be able to relate to this but such was his compassion/empathy for the common people of India that he priced it so that everyone who was riding a motorcycle/scooter/bicycle to work seating 4-5 ppl could get out of that situation and their life could be easier. I am sure in his heart Mr Ratan Tata would have priced even cheaper if he had his way.
The day Ratan passed away,I got a message from my daughter saying that Amma it's like my grandfather passed away with the😢 emoji He is living in every Indian's heart ❤
Niira Radia reminisced time with Rantanji and their steadfast friendship eloquently, humility, reverence, and inspiration. There's was a friendship many should feel inspired by especially in the business world. It makes the world a happier place.

After his passing 🕯️, I'm struggling to understand why my heart feels so broken 💔, despite having no personal connection with him 🤔. Why am I feeling such deep sadness 😔 and emotional loss, as if I've lost something truly precious? 💕 Woh Bagwan tha kya?💎🙏🇮🇳❤️
All our political leaders n celebrities, big business men should learn humanity, social services, the things he done for our country n people in all possible ways to prosper the everybody's life as he could... Hope They all should n will take inspiration fm Him ..do better for our India to become better place to live for every individual... We all Love u n miss u sir fm depth of our hearts.. U r our India's Real Hero U will be loved n remembered by every Indian forever for ur great noble work & charity u did so far for India n people.. ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
He is a Hero indeed. Nobody like him in India. Always thaught of the other. What a great human being. We will miss you. I'm writing this with a heavy heart since you passed. Lots n lots of love 💓
He was 85 after all. He lived a good life although without loving nurturing parents and he became independent at a very young age despite his grandmother's presence. Both his parents went off and created new families for themselves and probably barely saw his and his brother until they were much older. The hurt they must have felt must have been enormous. i do not think that ever leaves the child within us. This is probably he hesitated getting married despite being in love several times. The feeling of being left again like his mother left his father remains in the heart. In those days, divorce was almost unheard of in Indian society. Ashe said he and his brother were bullied in school because of being children of divorced parents. Children can be very cruel.
Yes….we too like Indica and Nano ! We have both of them only because the brand is INDIAN !! My elder son worked in Indica plant as a Graduate Trainy Engineer ( GTE ) in Telco Pune in 1998 for 2 years.
Behind every mans success there is a women but ratan tata sir proved it wrong. Behind every successful person only dedication live for society and every living being on this earth shud be taken care
I am proud of owning a Tata car too. Tata punch . And I wished I cud meet him and tell him. An ideal a role model and his example is for our life to emulate
Hi Niira, good feed back on issues close to the heart of Mr. Ratan Tata. I enjoyed reading about Vishal running after Mr. Ratan's dog in Marine Bay .Wish you all the best.Subra
Nothing is enough for a man given him something to move on ?? People criticised the Rs1lakh automobile which would serve the need of a small family, but the same people don't mind getting into a jammed up autorickshaw which must be less than Rs1 lakh just to reach their destination !!
Ratan sir was very correct. For nano he select singur west Bengal but due to politician's it wasn't worked. Today in west Bengal so many young people are unemployed. They are frustrated and angry. There is nothing changed.
Terrible anchor. She kept interrupting Niira and Niira seemed irritated too. This interview could have been so much more for someone who worked so closely with dear Mr. Ratan Tata.
I was born in West Bengal and grew up there. I couldn’t be more proud. But back in my days it was different. Now West Bengal doesn’t dream anymore. Not even the children or the youth. And the administration is mostly responsible for it. It’s much worse than being subjugated by a foreign government (to me).
Well when Nano was came on the market that time I was so happy that people can afford car now. But at the time my family are so poor not able to afford it too. But I think many other people who can afford brought that car.
I think now also nano can be reintroduced. It's really good car for ladies. I wanted to buy it at that time. And I didn't know driving so I didn't buy.
It was unfortunate and foolishness for WB to ignore Tata Nano Project and timely Modi ji intervention saved this project as project was shifted to Gujarat. Mamata and TMC goons really harassed Gentleman was really unfortunate
These people are all about show... They say all this for ATTENTION! She doesnt even know the day he passed away n her expressions n the way she talks clearly tells us she wasn't really close to him emotionally atleast...
It is better to get proper info about Ratan from people close to him, instead of social media spinning things that might not reflect the visionary person.🎉🎉🎉

COULD INDIA PLEASE NAME THE new Airport that is coming up in Mumbai RATAN TATA Airport?
They would name it as adani airport
No, it's already decided to name it after Dinkar Balu Patil, MLA of Navi Mumbai and social activist for farmers.
So apt! Absolutely brilliant

It is already named so it will be unfair to the person whom after it is already named

Businessmen will come and businessmen will go , but Ratan Tata will always be No 1
So impressive and remarkable Ratan sahib's story is. Indeed, a splendid one to be told again and again.

Please save our Tripura 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
NDTV: your announcer is sadly mistaken. Honourable Ratan Tata passed away on 9 October 2024 @ Breach Candy Hospital

Please get your facts right. He passed away on the 9th of October, not 10th.
