Their policy still states that they DO allow their ingredients to be tested on animals. They just use tricky wording to make people Think they are cruelty-free when they are indeed NOT a cruelty-free parent brand.
The problem is legalise language which isn't the normal language used by normal people is used to give public talks where people don't realise what is being said
Is it true that Unilever ends its tests on animals ? Then if it's true, why there are some sites on the web that states that the Unilever isn't cruelty free?
Informative video. It's my understanding that there's a stigma around using the word "alternative" in this discussion. I think because it implies animal based models are already effective, which we've many reasons to belive they're not. Consider changing the video title maybe?
Lovely approach, and I thank everyone if all this is true (see comment from Melissa). (Can you also suggest to your people not to wear fur, like the lady in the fur coat - even if it was fake, it sents the wrong message...)
doubt it. not much trust to be had with corporations. and they tend to be more stomach than heart. however, they might practically change their ways if they realize their profits do better and they get better results than from stupid animal test results.
Yeah but it's kinda necessary because we can make cures for diseases that kill millions of people But testing unnecessary cosmetics on animals should stop
Uniliver India had the most racist advertisement in India I seen for a product (fair n lovely). They made an entire country feel ashamed of their dark skin.
dude how exactly to think we clear diseases and make yall suckers feel better and get back to your healthy daily life and plus this is called evolution if you ever thought about it this is how we evaluate from scratch its painful yet it pays off for humanity to STAY ALIVE did you know that?

It not seem that they try to change the policy quickly.
