Some customers may ask why it can work on 14S 90A while we only set it to 12S 80A?
Because we will not set it close to the limit to compete with our competitors, we think it is more important to leave more safety buffer. E-skating is fun. But no matter when, safety and stability will always be the first priority.

Honestly. Tynee has the best customer service and the fact that aiden is willing to give current Tynee customers on new products is legit. Ive had my explorer for 2years and have put 1700miles and still going strong. Way to go team tynee!

So happy you put all the settings in the remote instead of making an app. The Exway app is so buggy and frustrating , I want it all on the remote.
Actually we also have a App for it. But after we finished it and I tested it in my daily use. I feel I seldom use it. 99% time I use the remote to adjust it. Because when I ride it and want to change something. I thought of I need to take the phone out and then connect the phone to the remote. Then open the phone app to connect it. It’s so troublesome and I don’t want to change it again anymore. So I think the App is useless. So we don’t release it. Because if we want to add that app. We need to add a Bluetooth in the remote. That will add the cost and power consumption. We want to keep things simple. The more simple. The more stable. So we don’t release it. The current solution is the best. Thank you.

Abs breaking is pretty impressive. I almost had a bad esk8 injury when i was breakinh across some oil that had soaked into the street and my wheels locked up and i slide
I wish you could make a real-life comparasion between 2 tynee explorer boards, first one with 60A ESC and second one with 80A ESC. Compare acceleration and top speed between them.
I have the 80a tynee esc that you can set the parameters via remote. The power and acceleration is very noticeable and being 230lbs the 60a was too tame for me. Now it's perfect

Nice upgrade. I would love to see a direct drive option thou. 20km max speed here and belt drive is too loud and easily spotted.
Is the acceleration better with the 80A esc?

Yes. You can just use your old explorer remote. It’s unnecessary to swap the remote. ❤

Will it affect range or speed?
Speed is the same. If you want more range. Use Range mode will get more range.
Is this to fix the wheel locking up issue? Are all new explorers fitted with this?
When you hit the crack on the road at high speed. There will be a high peak current and it’s possible to cause “over current”. This is a common issue in this industry. But this time we upgraded all the hardware and use 2 times of the MOS and copper bars inside and it can handle about 150A peak current. I think the over current will not happen anymore. Because we have left very very enough safety buffer now. Thank you.
The website still shows the explorer comes with older 60A esc, when will it start to ship with the new one?
