Thank you so much for such a sweet comment Sis! Your comment had put a smile on my face and had given me a reason to continue with producing more videos. Regarding the kitchen, I wish I can share with you the before and after pictures of the kitchen renovation.
I love how much filling you put in the traditional one, which is my favorite, too. My mom would thinly slice the Chinese sausage and fry it and we'd only get one piece per banh bao along iwth 1/8th of the boiled egg. LOL! She doesn't add cabbage or peas (I've seen others do this) to her meat mixture. I don't know if it has wood ear mushroom or not, but I loved it.
I love reading your comment Sis! Thanks for checking and supporting my channel! My family doesn't like pea and my hubby grew up eating bánh bao with cabbage and reserved cabbage in it (no wood ear mushroom). Most of the food I made are for my family so I tend to make with things that they like and are good for them (kill 2 birds in one stone hehehe).
Oh this is a wonderful news Sis. I know you have tried many recipes and all failed so I super excited to know that my recipe works out for you. Thanks for sharing your good news with us Sis!
