Hi, very excited as I watched your video. Thank you for your step by step guides. Your recipe will make 4 loaves of bread? If i wanted to make only 1, does that mean I need to divide by 4? Please advice, as I have a small family of 3.
I didn't notice any bulk ferment time ever mentioned. Got the mix, 4 coil folds and then preshaped, and shaped. Or, what to look for in a well fermented dough. Thanks.
Hi , read the directions under the video, full recipe is there „Now the dough needs to rise. Cover the bowl with wrap or a very damp kitchen cloth. Let rest in a warm spot to rise. The dough is ready when it no longer looks dense and has doubled in size. This can take anywhere from 4-10 hours depending on the temperature of your ingredients.“
It is so satisfying to watch you make bread. I'm going to try some of your techniques. Please continue to make videos.😊
Thank you 😊🍞❤️
