How do I automate more than one response? For example, when you said "Shall I connect you to one of your customer support agents?" when they say yes it takes them one automated route, when they say no it takes them another. How did you do that? I can't even figure out how to automate multiple messages lol in a row (such as keyword, response, another keyword, another response. Any help?

Does this work with just regular automations? Also, the automation is shut off until I delete the tag? So, if i delete the tag and they write a key word, thats the only time the automation will be triggered, right?

Ex.: the customer started the flow, but instead of Selecting an Option, he wrote a message, I manually asked him to click on an option, and when doing so, the contact did not return to the flow. What to do in this case??
You could send an automatic reminder message if the contact does not reply to you. In that case, you can set a Smart Delay and check if the contact has responded with a condition. If the contact did not respond, you send an automatic follow-up message. Do you understand?

when i did this it keeps telling me i cant update because i have to make the first message for the flow to send. when i take the condition out its just fine. any ideas?
@@chatimize i think dialogflow will be best as it charge less than manychats so i think u should make a video on dialogflow, and please make bot in which it will says hi and first name and after that asking name number address all the information like that.....can u make video on this please?????

@@bikashtamang9756 Thank you for your answers. I agree, Dialogflow is cheaper, but the downside of Dialogflow is that you cannot easily store someone's first name, email address, etc in a field. In order to do this, you need to have a connection with a database / third party application, and that makes it pretty technical / hard to do.

You cannot stop the automation from the Instagram app. So I recommend using the Manychat mobile app to reply to your DMs.

You can create a similar condition as we did in the Default Reply!
What if I dont want to send any message in automation? How to remove the flow of generic default reply?
Go to Settings > Messenger > Default Reply and click on the Cross next to the Default Reply automation. Then, it's gone.

You can go to Settings > Facebook Messenger (if that’s the channel you are working on) and then remove the flow that is connected to the Default Reply

Go to the Business Integrations of your Facebook Profile and delete Manychat.
