  • What has your excuse been?
    No time? - It's 10mins ONLY.
    No workout clothes or shoes? - You don't need any, wear whatever you have, or wear nothing at all.
    No space? - You only need enough space to stand and march-in-place.
    Bad weather? - Do it indoors.
    Can't do it first thing in the morning? - Do it ANYTIME!
    No Excuses!!!
