And no matter how much it'll hurt you to let go, it'll hurt more if you hold on and sometimes you need to let go of certain toxic people in your life and cut the weeds they planted in your lungs in order to truly breathe freely again.

Lately I've been suffering with alcohol abuse, this week I'm going to my first AA meeting, I've been having panic attacks just horrible mental breakdowns that's been hurting me and the people I love, this song always soothes me and clears my head, I've been a fan of Marina since The Family Jewels and she was my rock in high school and hearing this and hearing her always heals my heart I need to disconnect and really pay attention to my mental health now more than ever, stay safe everyone 💖
