It's basically one long even peyote stitch. If you learn that skill you should be able to make it faily easily. I have a few videos explaining it. My kandi bow video probably explains the method best.

Why use fishing line for the boob (triangle) part? Do you think it would work with elastic? I want it to have some give because my boobs aren't always the same size (nursing mother...)
Stephanie Little I use fishing line to give it added stability and sturdiness. When it comes to elastic it wears down over time and will snap and break within a few years. It's defiantly not what I recommend for something you wear. You can use elastic for the back strap which will allow some give but I would go with the 1.2mm fabric covered elastic to be safe.
