"Ok" while using xian yun at that time.. their advantage was a fast loading screen and my phone load really slow but im glad im able to keep up despite the large distance between us.. Sometimes i flew past yelan and had to wait a bit bec. Of terrain and climbing..
In terms of top speed, Arlecchino might beat Yelan. However, Yelan covers more ground with good speed too, and you get her to C1 then you can use the ability twice. I doubt C1 yelan will ever lose in a race.

They're not, Yelan c1 can dash twice. I don't know why the uploader would update a video showcasing what he can't showcase.
you can try wanderer + 2 anemo + lost prayer + gaming/rosaria for max speed

If u spam arlechino charger atk she will move faster and beat all char since she like hu tao can cancel the animation
