Hey everyone today i will be casting a aluminum sword from sword art online. The Dark Repulser is the one im making today, i did the Elucidator some time ago now and you guys loved it, i will be melting some scrap aluminum nown and cast a aluminum sword, Dark Repulser» (ダークリパルサー, Dāku Riparusā?) was a one-handed long sword, created by Lisbeth for Kirito out of a Crystallite Ingot, which was obtained from a special quest. Whenever Kirito used the «Dual Blades» skill, he wielded it alongside «Elucidator». This weapon was destroyed during the fight with Heathcliff on the 75th Floor. Hope you enjoy AT

@@akatsume4959 The big downside is that in a zombie apocalypse (god where is one when you need it), it's not just zombies you have to worry about it's also other people. His swords, while cool, are still made of aluminium which against a proper high carbon forged sword will be about as good as a chocolate fireguard.
These swords would shatter or bend the moment they hit something

i found this randomly in you tube recommendation and i have so many questions if someone can answer them xD
1- The white powder is like normal powder or a special one ?
2- So you drill into the molds with the sheet to cover it completely or seal it from the button or top , like is there a special process or you need new covers every time u mold?
3- U need a license to do these stuff if you sharpen them? ( or if you gonna sell them)
4- Any kind of sand would work? or just a specific type/s what are they called?
5- the sand does not fall or break as it's compacted closely and left for how many hours? or does not matter?
6- these red things are like to just keep the 2 parts as tightly as possible to each other eh?
i regret watching this 4 am not being able to sleep xD
I believe the sand is a mix of sand and clay so it doesn’t break apart as easily.
And the white powder is likely something like baby powder or something so the two halves don’t stick together and he can reuse the printed sword
Great sword!! I wish you would weigh them when you’re finished. Especially on those giant swords like the Thanos one you casted. Would love to know how much aluminum you have to use for those huge things!!

@@lucora5653 its actually easier than you would think... i have a few guys who make the "apocalypse" blades and they sell/ship them.... only part that is "hard" is if its going international
