They played this song in 1984 at greensboro NC and Charlotte the next night.which was the last date on the American tour.what a great party both nights.they played it both nights I promise.Rock on forever Scorpions.
First off thumbs up to the sound tech who heard the high frequency issue from the snare and fixed it early. Second I love this song tuned down to D. I t feels more real to me in a way. Third Mickie beating them drums like they owe that boy money is awesome and that is from a guitarist. Also I truly love you Claus but brother take a break if you need it
That should've happened well back in the 80s. Such a lovely song.

Really? Klaus Meine said they had never played it live, except for a partial version. I think it was with an orchestra.
Then this really is an alternate reality.lol
And I have several friends that were there as witnesses.
Awesome song awesome band nice to see them playing Vegas.
Great song to hear live!
Great song

And if this song has never been played live.then I must be in an alternate universe!!!
It’s not the first time they played crossfire. They played it with an orchestra on the Moment of Glory album
They mentioned there was a different version played live before and that this was the first time it was ever played like the original recording.
There were also no vocals on that version.
❤
🤘🦂🤘
espectacular
The sting is still sharp
backing vocals on backtrack ...
It's a decent album.... too bad previous albums don't get the respect this one does.... most of them were much better.
The sound is great but Klaus's voice seems to be very weak.. 😭
He didn't sound as strong as usual. He sounded perfect a year and a half ago. Maybe he was just rusty on opening night?
he's 76y this year! calm down!
