How to Refill BROTHER LC406 Ink Cartridges

Thanks for the clip. To clean print heads using rubbing alcohol and Windex mixture, in empty cartridges, I'm looking for the empty LC 406 cartridges. Not finding anywhere online. Can you please share, where can I buy them?
