Honestly, I’d give Vespiquen a signature ability that combines solid rock/filter and magic guard, “Queen’s Armada” or something like that. An added effect would be that whenever Vespiquen uses Attack or Defend Order, any damage she takes from attacks will result in some bees coming to her defense, and attacking the opponent in retaliation for some small chip damage. This effect can only occur again if she uses Attack or Defend Order again. (Heal Order would also result in the same effect) If this effect isn’t activated in the same turn when she uses Attack or Defend Order, it will activate whenever Vespiquen is attacked. I’d also give her tri attack because it’s fitting. And maybe some actual set up in nasty plot and swords dance so she can do some damage. Along with first impression.
I’d increase the priority on her Order/Bug moves. Maybe give it access to Swarm & Queenly Majesty ability Or it’s own unique special ability.. something Give it access to the moves Quiver dance, life dew, Soft boil,Egg Bomb,Extrasensory, signal beam, entrainment, Retai

I like Vespiquen. It's a cool Pokemon. Also, I BEE-lieve you did a Vespiquen sweep. I think it was around during gen 7. Idea for a theme team series: Tera type theme teams! Starting with Normal, you can pick any six Pokemon, but their tera types are Normal and they are Normal type by default. I got some ideas for this: An extremespeed Pokemon (Dragonite, Arcanine, Lucario); Boomburst Flygon or Toxtricity; The Flail Tsareena you used before; etc. You can always make the teams yourself I was just helping a little. Thank you for all the amazing videos over the years! I played solo Vespiqueen in Anything Goes on Pokemon Showdown for a while and i think giving it the Filter ability would go a long way. More speed would also really help with the matchups and getting the Defend Orders up before an attack does too much damage. Maybe even make Defend Order give +2 to both stats. It is a unique move specific to Vespiqueen so i don't think it would be incredibly broken. And i really hope we get Heal Order back too 🙏🏻
To answer your question about improving Vespiquen, I have a few ideas. In terms of stats, I would give it +10 in HP (70 > 80), Defense (102 > 112), and Special Defense (102 > 112). Vespiquen isn't designed to be a heavy hitter, it's designed to take hits and have its underlings attack for it. This would put it at a base stat total of 504, which feels reasonable. You mentioned giving Vespiquen First Impression, and I really like that idea. I can't really explain why, but it kinda feels right, in a way. Regardless, it would give it a way to get around its low speed. These changes aren't over-the-top or anything, as my goal wasn't to make Vespiquen a top-tier threat. These changes are meant to give Vespiquen a little boost in its viability, and be a little more realistic.
I've had honeycomb before with my grandmother every Sunday before church and whenever I was sick. Personally I would either add a new order for either its speed or bring back heal order and I would give it an ability to double the atk power of order and bee named moves

I may not be a beekeeper, but I always let them crawl onto me when they're dehydrated on the ground so I can carry them to a nearby bush so they can recover. Bees are frands. Edit: that's also how I figured out bees have long tounges.

This is the first time I've learned that using Tera Blast while your Pokémon is Terastalized into the Stellar Tera type lowers the user's Attack & Special Attack stat by one stage. That seems so lame!

The main reason I did it because cosmic power pokemon are very susceptible to toxic stallers, so maybe poison could be a good Idea as that would make SE attacks neutral. I think I just did steel to stop stealth rock damage as much as possible and toxic stallers. By itself I would use steel and pair it with a gyarados or something that resist fire and has flying immunity. For a stalling set leftovers, rocky helmet, sitrus berry etc
