I finished the book a few days ago and what I've seen in the trailers is way different from the book. Some differences are: their ages (their supposed to be 12 but look 17), Fiona and Jonas don't kiss, Jonas doesn't get captured, the morning injections were added, Fiona and Asher don't really see Jonas much after training, Fiona isn't in the releasing room, Jonas, Fiona and Asher don't go on top of that platform to watch the planes, and the giver transmits memories into Jonas by his hands and arms (in the book he lays face down on a bed with his tunic off).
FIONA AND JONAS KISSED WTF WHY!!????!! If you've read all of the books yes there is more than one than you know Jonas marries the girl from Gathering Blue.. pisses me off so much that they did that
Alexandra Brissett But they make the movies based off of the book. They shouldn't regret to include the basic, important elements. Certain effects can't be done on a movie screen or can't be included for time, but someone as differential as age? Where is Jonas' innocence? Gone. WIth the freaking grown ass man XD
Benton thwarts as Jonas is too handsome I wouldn't complain. besides in the movie he is 18 so only 5 years difference so no big deal. In the book Jonas is a kid. in the movie, Jonas going through puberty... not big of a change so just be quiet stop complaining and let others enjoy the movie!
TheSilverwoof Yeah, it's possible to follow. But personally, I don't think I would have as much connection to the movie without reading the book first as I did than watching the movie before reading the book.
"Ages aren't really a big deal." "I really want to read the book now." So they haven't read the book... Yes, ages are important because they get their Assignments (jobs) when they're twelve. This is called the Ceremony of Twelve. Jonas's training lasts only a couple years, so starting his training at like 16 makes no sense.
SOme changes may have had to be made such as: Have you seen the 12 year old actors lately? XD They aren't all the best, and many actors look 16 who play younger characters. So i could see why the age is different. I watched it as a different movie, not connected to a book and that helped me enjoy it more. However, the ending was confusing lol
Good point, but TBH your not the director to make sure everything is in order and on time and to spend months (maybe) finding the perfect cast that matches the characters in the book. Directors also need to make sure the cast is comfortable doing scenes outside of their comfort zone, and having enough money for things that are important. So everyone out there don't EVER judge a movie without thinking of someone else's POV.
Luna Kuzuki I know right!! There are hugeee differences they totally changed things. Jonas's eyes are blue or green in the book and so is Gabriel's and he is twelve when he gets his job, not when he is 16! Don't get me wrong I love the story, I just don't really like the changes in the movie
The Giver series are one of my favorite book series, so I wasn't expecting the movie to follow everything. I didn't mind the age difference all that much, but the thing that did bother me was Jonas and Fiona. The entire time I was just thinking "Jonas honey, you just wait a bit, you'll meet Kira soon enough."
If they didn't rush the plot, there would've been tons of parts left out. It's pretty good considering the entire book is condensed into about 2 hours.
I'm so mad they turned it into a love story! A FREAKING LOVE STORY!! The Giver is not a love story!! (Unless you want to count the relationship Jonas forms with Gabe but that's a brotherly/protective love) Ughhh they also ended the movie as if in the second story Jonas goes back to save Fiona and Giver..which he doesn't!! Because they dOn'T NEeD sAViNg!!!
+Chloë Curtis +Chloë Curtis oh no I've read the series a few times lol... But Kira is a whole different person in a different part of the story...what I mean is that in the Giver book there's no romantic love story especially between him and Fiona.
Danae Delange I think Nikki Rolston knows that because in the video they said Taylor Swift had a small part and in the book Jonas and The Giver talked about Rosmary only a little bit
I agree but this movie was extremely disappointing. When I say Taylor Swift was going to be in the movie, I read the book earlier than I wanted to. In the end, I read it 4 times because I was IN LOVE with it and then saw the movie. There was pretty much nothing the same about the movie. It changed everything. It could have done so much better if they weren't trying to make it just like every other YA movie around which it wasn't supposed to be like when written
+Molly Tittle the creator of the book saw the movie and said she liked it more than the book she wrote and wishes she could rewrite it the way they portrayed it in the movie... yeah.
#4- How its different: Lets bring up the fact that the movie you know they see in black and white but in the book you have no idea until he experiences the color red.
And fiona being a nurturer in the movie when she is care taker of the old in the book. Asher doesn't go after jonas in the book, Jonas doesn't have feelings for fiona, and therefore, in the book he never told fiona to skip her injection (eve. though there is no injection in the book, they all get it when they're babies) so she would never have gotten emotions, and never would have loved jonas back and never have asked to be released.
Yeah, but apparently they took a few ideas from the book, and put in sooo much more. I read the book, and watched the trailer, and 75% of what was in trailer was not in my book, but it really makes me more excited to watch the movie.
They do it at 18 in the movie I guess ... And it kinda makes sense .... U r legal at the age of 18 in this generation..... And I don't think it was realistic of a 12 year old to do everything jonas did .... So idk I'm excited
It's basically a movie and book about a perfect utopia and a special child that is chosen to become the receiver of memory and has a mission to bring back memory to his utopian community.
They have also changed the morning "pill" to morning "injections" which I don't understand the reasoning of. Is it to make those who don't like needles cringe whilst watching
Asher, drone pilot is not remotely the same career as recreation director. Fiona also has a different job as caregiver for new children, rather than the elderly people she serves in the book. And the escape in the books is much less dramatic, a quiet sneaking off on a bicycle in the middle of the night and not discovered missing until the next day. Nor were there cliffs surrounding the community, nor a forcefield dome. All the tech stuff is just Hollywood.
I read the book at school and it was really good and I thought it would be uninteresting but it really captivated me. I've pretty much never judged a book by it's cover again !
I wish the characters in the movies had the same age as in the book. Of course young actors wouldn't be able to do as good, but still. I think that knowing Jonas was 12 and he beats the odds and went on this amazing journey is a key part in the story
I am so frustrated about how this love sugarcoated and grazed over some of the serious themes in the book. Especially with the actual jobs and how they may have seemed glorified but they were actually really dark. I understand the book will always be more descriptive than the movie; but it's just disappointing how Hollywood has so many restrictions and regulations about how to produce art.
The giver is actually supposed to be and elderly man. That's why they choose Jonas to be the new receiver because the current receiver or giver is getting old
The givers job has aged him, have you seen presidents before and after their term? I think there is a special website for that. Stress can really age people.
Saying the only major difference between The Giver and the movie is like saying the only major difference in Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief is their age.
I've read the book and by watching the trailer it's soo different. It's not just the age, they changed some things including bits of the plot! I will watch the movie though because I do love the book.
They changed so many little things like the morning injection is suppose to just be a pill and when jones run away with Gabrile they don't get caught and so many more things they changed
serrenity abrajan yes exactly! Movies never tend to stick to the actual story that's what I found really frustrating. Also they added romance, action, Sci - fi into the plot line. There was nothing like this in the book.
HOW ABOUT THE EYES. I KNOW ITS NOT A BIG DEAL BUT IT BOTHERS ME SO MUCH. JONAS'S EYES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RARE/PALE BUT NO EVERYBODY ELSE'S EYES ARE BLUE EXCEPT HIS. WHAT THE ACTUAL SHIT FUCKS.
Also , Umm.. Did Fiona's suppose to be "Red" ? But anyway , its cool ! We're going to watch this next week and we read the giver book through this school year
I've first read it in the 5th grade then again when i was in 7th Grade then again in 9th grade and once more in 11th and i've just read it again... So Excited to see the movie.. and the book finally come to life..
OMG it was literally the best book ever. I was so shocked when i discovered all the differences from their world and ours that i had to read it again to process all the changes.
You can't say there aren't any differences but the age without reading the book!😂 I've read it, and I can say that based on the trailer alone there are countless differences. I'm not dissing the movie, I'm sure that it will be good, but it is no where near the book! The romance for one, which is blatantly shown in the clip is not found in the book. It is different! I'll defiantly still see it, but it's not like the novel.
ok people... of course the movie and the book are different!!! did you REALLY think that they were going to be the exact same?! and that decided to change it all up because they wanted to make it more appealing to society!!! would you go see a movie where 12 year olds are given jobs and feel no emotion and see no color?!?!?!😑
Its a really great book and even before the movie was coming i was just telling my best friend that they needed to make a movie for the book the giver because i loved reading it in class
I hear everyone complaining about plenty of things, and I'm sorry it's upsetting you all so terribly. But I fully enjoyed the movie, and I just assumed the age thing ( being "twelves") more as a grade thing, like high school or something. After I watched the movie, I HAD to read the book, and I also enjoyed that. Yes, there were differences, and I have had numerous complaints about previous book-to-movie happenings, but not so much to this one. I suppose it could be because I assumed the plot and characters based on the movies descriptions, but either way, I loved both pieces and am absolutely thrilled to hear that there is a sequel to this reading.
THIS MOVIE IS SO DIFFERENT FROM THE BOOK IT DISGUSTS ME! JONAS IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE JUST TURNED TWELVE, HIS LITTLE SISTER JUST TURNED SIX. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. AAAGGGGGGHHHBBB
I read the book and love I love it so much! I´m so excited to see Taylor as Rosemary because Rosemary is a small part but is so important and she is a character that helps u understand the story a lot better.
The shout out to Cameron Monaghan - nice one. I just wanna see him. Love Shameless so much, and it isn't back till January. This will help the withdrawal symptoms.
so I haven't read this book since I was 13 [so of course some parts are foggy for me], but from the looks of the trailer, there's a lot of things that I definitely don't remember ever seeing in the book! >_>
ExplodingLemonz YT awesome! I liked the book too! I have to admit though that I remember it being a bit boring at the beginning...but it gets better as the story progresses! good luck on your test! :)
I had to read a book for a class and usually I don't like the books they make us read but this one I actually really liked. Once I saw the trailer i'm like wtf. Can't believe I have to watch the movie on monday
i hate how everybody is like 'omg Taylor Swift is in the movie' like tf?why is no one talking about Brenton Thwaites?he is an amazing actor and had the leading role in this movie..
I had to read this book at the ending of 7th grade and I seriously loved it so much! I also loved it so much because my last name is Jonas! And btw I love your channel this is where I get all my amazing celeb news☺️
RIGHT! like im so confused
That's why they make a question mark in the trailer, so that you will watch the film
FIONA AND JONAS KISSED WTF WHY!!????!! If you've read all of the books yes there is more than one than you know Jonas marries the girl from Gathering Blue.. pisses me off so much that they did that
Don't forget Eye color
just finished it today! :D
JONAS IS SUPPOSED TO JUST TURN 12.
HE IS PLAYED BY A 25 YEAR OLD.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.
Exactly
Make awhile chapter on eyes hires actor with black eyes wtf why
Billy Popfinger I know and the girl that's playing Fiona has pale eyes instead of Jonas like wow seriously

My advice to everyone who wants to see the movie: Read the book first!
If you read the book before seeing the movie, the movie will make more sense.
I have not read the book, but I would say that movie was eassy enough to follow
TheSilverwoof Yeah, it's possible to follow. But personally, I don't think I would have as much connection to the movie without reading the book first as I did than watching the movie before reading the book.
Totally
yep, thats what i did, and i also saw that the movie is different than the book, alot of small details were changed
Oh yeah, read it in school and watched the movie
"Ages aren't really a big deal."
"I really want to read the book now."

YES, PREACH

Book was WAY better
Abby Inman movie wasn't bad by any means but yeah it was 😂
Also the giver doesn't hold Jonas hands. He lays on the bed of memory THATS IMPORTANT
Ikr! He lays on the bed of memory and then the giver puts his hands on either his chest or back I forgot..
His back ikr
Yes but Jonas also doesn't have a shirt in when he does so...that wouldn't be a very good scene for a movie
Really nigga
HOLLY SHIT A MINOR CHANGE THAT REALLY ISNT TOO IMPORTANT TO THE PLOT
woah, I didn't notice TAYLOR SWIFT was in the movie when I saw it
Same
+Jazmine Shin she played Rosemary
same!! I shocked at first when I knew the cast .
Yes, Taylor Swift plays as the character Rose Mary, The Giver's daughter
I didn't recognize her because she looked so different but I was thinking the whole entire time if that was Taylor swift.
HINT: who dosent read the book first wont understand the movie
He doesn't die at the end!
well he sees some light of critmast of a house then he didnt do anithing
evelin santana there are other books and the last one talks about Jonas and Gabe when they are older
how is it called
evelin santana Well for it to make sense read Gathering Blue, The Messenger, then the last book Son.
The jobs are different for Asher he was in recreation not a pilot
true
And Fiona was not a nurturer in the book
Also they didn't have injections
yeah she was a caretaker for the old
they had pills
You haven't read the book? Its been out for awhile, who hasn't read it?! We had to in school as part of a homework assignment
I know right. You can't do a whole clevver episode or whatever without even reading the book. Like how do you know anything if you haven't read it?
I wish I had read it but I wasn't chosen to be in the book group my friend was but when school starts that's the first book I'm reading
Danae Delange we have to read to for summer hw, although I read it last year.
It's a really great book
It's the worst book I've ever read
Same one of my favorites I cried at the end.
shaliny sahotta i think he died
I read it like 3 years ago so I dont remember much but I for sure know he doesn't die. Sorry to anybody who read this didn't mean to spoil anything.
we dont know if he died or not at the end the author makes us to belive if he dies or not my class belives he died.
Only the age?! Did the actors even read the book?!?!
Savannah Thomas Dont blame the actors it’s not their fault
Jonas for real looks like he is 15, but he's 12. I'm very confused.
Terrell Gott They changed it to 17 in the movie...its dumb. he's supposed to be 12
It was a year later so he was 13
I thought it was eighteen? They said at the ceremony of nine that they are halfway.
he is 18 in the movie
He is in the AGE Group of 12s, the rest they don’t count
The Giver series are one of my favorite book series, so I wasn't expecting the movie to follow everything. I didn't mind the age difference all that much, but the thing that did bother me was Jonas and Fiona. The entire time I was just thinking "Jonas honey, you just wait a bit, you'll meet Kira soon enough."
Kira? in the book...who's Kira
Kira is a character you meet in the second book of the Giver series, Gathering Blue. It's a really good series, I definitely recommend it!
Kenady Hansen I was literally thinking the same thing
I can already tell the movie is going to be so different from the book but I'm still so excited to see the movie
I feel like they rushed the plot in the movie
Me too! I was hoping for it to slow down.
Tru
If they didn't rush the plot, there would've been tons of parts left out. It's pretty good considering the entire book is condensed into about 2 hours.
yeah they missed so much that you have to read the book to understand most of it
+Azil Jones its actually 5hours while reading depending on how fast you read and 3-4hours on audio book
WHAT ABOUT IN THE MESSENGER THOUGH? JONAS CLEARLY HAS A THING FOR KIRA
(Sorry if you haven't read it or something.)
+Chloë Curtis +Chloë Curtis oh no I've read the series a few times lol... But Kira is a whole different person in a different part of the story...what I mean is that in the Giver book there's no romantic love story especially between him and Fiona.
Yeah I knew why you meant but I just had to say it, you know?
+Chloë Curtis Jonas and Kira are my otp X) haha I love them
I'm pretty excited to see how Taylor does on rosemary and how they put Jones's family in including the baby
Whoa, how you know Taylor is Rosemary?
Danae Delange I think Nikki Rolston knows that because in the video they said Taylor Swift had a small part and in the book Jonas and The Giver talked about Rosmary only a little bit
if u search up the giver cast in google, u can see taylor swift's name for rosemary's role
Nikki its Jonas :)
Me too
In the trailer i saw him kiss someone .-. i dont remember that in the book...
Yeah, in the movie Jonas and Fiona kiss but in the book that doesn't happen. :3
people need to be quiet...of course the movie is different, its based of the book not exactly the same
?
I agree but this movie was extremely disappointing. When I say Taylor Swift was going to be in the movie, I read the book earlier than I wanted to. Rad Dork proof??
#4- How its different:
Lets bring up the fact that the movie you know they see in black and white but in the book you have no idea until he experiences the color red.
Okay, how the hell do you talk about the cast in this movie and not mention Meryl Streep and Jeff Bridges? WTF!?
exactly
Only thing that's different is the age???????????????? Excuse me?????? I doubt these people have read the book. The plot is way different in the movie
Yes they left out and changed a few things, like how in the book, Asher is in recreation where as in the movie he is a drone pilot.
+Lily Hudson yes, I definitely liked the book better than the movie
ok in the book Jonas does have feelings for Fiona.
Read the book, apparently the book is VERY different, still super excited!!!!
But the book came out first so the movie would be different
Yeah, but apparently they took a few ideas from the book, and put in sooo much more. I read the book, and watched the trailer, and 75% of what was in trailer was not in my book, but it really makes me more excited to watch the movie.
A lot of it was actually in the book, but is just out of context
TheUnownOfAwesome Wow, well that sounds cool then.
I read it too, yet I don't recall the setting of the book looking like the movie. Sucks I haven't read this book since sixth grade.
So saying that the age is the only major difference, does it kinda change the whole ceremony thing they do every year till u turn 12????
They do it at 18 in the movie I guess ... And it kinda makes sense .... U r legal at the age of 18 in this generation..... And I don't think it was realistic of a 12 year old to do everything jonas did .... So idk I'm excited
i know right Jonas should need to learn to work and what job to get.
They probably made 18 the turning point of age since they are older
And in the movie the Giver puts his hands on Jonas's knees and in the book he lays down
7 Things You Must Know Before Seeing the Movie
1) Don't see the movie.
2) Read the book.
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
It's basically a movie and book about a perfect utopia and a special child that is chosen to become the receiver of memory and has a mission to bring back memory to his utopian community.
It is meant to be utopia. The Elders think of it that way. In reality it's dystopia.
I watched the movie yesterday! Jonas is so cute! OMG! The movie is amazing!!
Really how was it compared to the book
Oh thx I might go watch
For all the differences, this was the only movie I liked more than the book
Agreed
Obviously it is going to be different. Heck, they even had Jonas getting lifted up by a spaceship with Gabriel in his hands in the trailer.
just finished reading the book for the 5th time and I'm still in love with it
They have also changed the morning "pill" to morning "injections" which I don't understand the reasoning of. Is it to make those who don't like needles cringe whilst watching

whenever asher's name came up in the actual novel, I always pictured him to look like the asher from geek charming
I read the book at school and it was really good and I thought it would be uninteresting but it really captivated me. I've pretty much never judged a book by it's cover again !

I understand the book will always be more descriptive than the movie; but it's just disappointing how Hollywood has so many restrictions and regulations about how to produce art.
I felt that this movie didnt delve deep enough into its complex themes. and that it had so much potential to be amazingly thought provoking.
Can I also point out that Jonas's father looks like he's only a few years older than Jonas
Mike Bristol wow you have the same name as me
Jonas looks 25 but hes only 12. And the giver looks 69 or 72 but hes supposed to be 22
The giver is actually supposed to be and elderly man. That's why they choose Jonas to be the new receiver because the current receiver or giver is getting old
The givers job has aged him, have you seen presidents before and after their term? I think there is a special website for that. Stress can really age people.
I can't wait to see how the writers interpret the ending
Wrong title... Real title is : 7 things you should know after watching the movie...
I HOPE SOME PEOPLE WATCH IT BECAUSE OF THE BOOK AND NOT BECAUSE OF TAYLOR... FYI I am also a Swiftie
Taylor's role is really small and the book is amazing so I think most people will watch bc of the book.....
she is in the movie for about 3 minutes. and it doesn't even look like taylor swift.
i actually forgot Taylor was even in the movie! i watched it cuz of the book and when i saw her im like omg i cant believe i forgot.
The book is awesome can't wait I really want to see it
I know me too but the movie trailer looks so different from the book
Fact Ashely FACT
I was so sad and happy at the end of the book its really interesting even for someone who doesn't like reading
I just watched The Giver. It's really good. A 12 year old would never have fit that part.
I had no idea Brenton was Australian. So proud..
The Book Is AWESOME!!!!
Saying the only major difference between The Giver and the movie is like saying the only major difference in Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief is their age.
I had to read the book for a summer book report I LOVED it
Me too. At first I thought I wasn't going to like it but I did.
I've read the book and by watching the trailer it's soo different. It's not just the age, they changed some things including bits of the plot!

And he puts his hands on his back not on his hands
I don't know about u guys but the book and movie made me cry a river it was just so sad to me😭
Im excited about the end when Jonas leaves and he sees all the deer and the wild life that is beyond the community.😭I cried it was so beautiful.
The book is amazing
Okay just to put this out there, THE BOOK IS AMAZING!!!!
We're going to watch this next week and we read the giver book through this school year
+Nicole Elaine Chua Fiona had red hair not red eyes
Not just him, it was just rare, for example, Gabe was supposed to have pale eyes too.
Tipper Pines Oh whoopsies got out of my mind lol
I KNOW AND HOW THEY DID THE MEDICATION PART AND HOW THE GIVER TRANSPORTS MEMORIES AND I COULD PROBABLY SAY OVER 50 MORE THINGS
I can already tell the book is going to be better than the movie
“7 things you must know before seeing the movie.” Proceeds to spoil a part of the story.
THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BOOK EVER OMG
Glad I viewed this video before showing this to my 7th graders. I'd hate for my girls to think it's okay to act like these "ladies".
I've first read it in the 5th grade then again when i was in 7th Grade then again in 9th grade and once more in 11th and i've just read it again... So Excited to see the movie.. and the book finally come to life..
For whoever read the book..why is the girl who plays fionnas hair brown and not red?
I love Brenton Thwaites he was on one of my favorite show Slide which got cancelled
ive read the book and im so excited to see the move
OMG it was literally the best book ever. I was so shocked when i discovered all the differences from their world and ours that i had to read it again to process all the changes.
Here's a tip before seeing the movie READ THE BOOK

Amazing book honestly cried abt it and kinda got sad when I finished it
I personally think that the book is better, but that is just me. Everyone can have their own opinion.
I just can't wait to see how they portray the utopia world and the gift of sight that the giver gives him.
A couple weeks ago my teacher met Lois Lowery she said that she was old
Its a really great book and even before the movie was coming i was just telling my best friend that they needed to make a movie for the book the giver because i loved reading it in class
I pray they don't ruin it. As a book fan, I'm a little skeptical that it'll be good. But I don't know, I could be proven wrong.
All I can think about is how Brenton Thwaites went from Luke is SLiDE to Stu in Home and Away and now hes in a major movie!!!
I read it in 6th grade and I loved it
Don't get me wrong though, the movie still looks amazing. Just in a different way😆
THIS MOVIE IS SO DIFFERENT FROM THE BOOK IT DISGUSTS ME! JONAS IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE JUST TURNED TWELVE, HIS LITTLE SISTER JUST TURNED SIX. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. AAAGGGGGGHHHBBB
Destiny Zielinski His sister turned eight not six.I think there is something wrong with your mind
+Destiny Zielinski in the book his little sister is turning nine
+Daniel Gomes that's rude
Read the book it's addicting
I read the book and love I love it so much! I´m so excited to see Taylor as Rosemary because Rosemary is a small part but is so important and she is a character that helps u understand the story a lot better.
The shout out to Cameron Monaghan - nice one. I just wanna see him. Love Shameless so much, and it isn't back till January. This will help the withdrawal symptoms.
so I haven't read this book since I was 13 [so of course some parts are foggy for me], but from the looks of the trailer, there's a lot of things that I definitely don't remember ever seeing in the book! >_>
I'm 13 and in 7th grade and I read the book its awesome! Gonna have a test of the book tomorrow
ExplodingLemonz YT awesome! I liked the book too! I have to admit though that I remember it being a bit boring at the beginning...but it gets better as the story progresses! good luck on your test! :)
I just saw the movie. It's awesome!!!!!!
ExplodingLemonz YT nice! hopefully I get around to seeing it as well!
I thought Jonas was 12 not older teenagers
He was 12, but I doubt a 12 year old could play that role well
it is so weird that the scenes in my head when I was reading the book were in the movie
I had to read a book for a class and usually I don't like the books they make us read but this one I actually really liked. Once I saw the trailer i'm like wtf. Can't believe I have to watch the movie on monday
The thing I dislike about the movie is that Jonas looks like a 16 year old 🤨
the book is amazing, i read it in like 6th grade
Love the book !! Ahh I'm glad their making a movie !
i hate how everybody is like 'omg Taylor Swift is in the movie' like tf?why is no one talking about Brenton Thwaites?he is an amazing actor and had the leading role in this movie..
There isnt a difference in the ages. In the book it says that after 12 people don't count their ages anymore, so they probably were teenagers.
I'm finally on the last book of The Giver Quartet!! I'm not sure that they will, but I hope they make movies for Gathering Blue, Messenger, and Son.
I read the book it was pretty confusing. The one part that got me really confused was when the say they are going to release someone.
we read this book 2years ago in school ;)
Just got done with the book on October 7th!!! It's such a great book! Our class is gonna watch the movie and i'm so excited!
Same here!
I have read the book and it was pretty good i love it i can't wait to see the movie
I had to read this book at the ending of 7th grade and I seriously loved it so much! I also loved it so much because my last name is Jonas! And btw I love your channel this is where I get all my amazing celeb news☺️
Also Asher and Fiona never do anything that the Community disapproves of in the book.
I watched the movie without reading the book first, I understood it pretty well, but I really want to read the book.
How there going to end the movie because in the book it leaves you with a cliff hanger
