@@vaibhavgupta7117 first sleep on time and wake up every morning at 4am , and for workout use internet you can get everything there, and don't ever let your pain control you , but also don't do it too much , slowly increase it one by one, and add more workout take multi+vitamins and only do 5 day exercise in one week, stay 2day free, and never ever do anything like porn or ejaculation ok if you do then better leave it otherwise it will damage hormones and muscles growth, to get of out of this you can do some side work or go get some other skills or language it will rewire your brain. Go get that control of your mind and show that brain doesn't control you, you control the brain, once Bruce Lee said flow like water

There was a time when i was going to karate classes before covid 19 that time 200 side situps and 100 pushups was easy for me but now doing 10pushup and 10 side situp i just get tired now ill try your technique and see the result
