Actually, this is a bad question: "where to put DCs". You have to imagine how you work will look like after crocheting each row, in this case you will see the picture in all, you will see it. But shortly, DCs serve to cover single crochets of another color in the previous row. In my example if you have 3, 5, 7... violet cells in one column, so the 3d, 5th and 7th cells will be DCs. I started with tapestry design, its easier to design, because it has no stringent rules, but tapestry is more difficult to crochet. There are fewer technical possibilities in the mosaic.
@@inszpirationstudio So, this program doesn't automatically puts the X's (DC's) for you? if not, is there a program that does both written and automatically places the (DC's) where they should go on the chart for mosaic crochet?
Can you only change the Grid Lines with the Premium (paid) version? I tried to do it and signed up thinking that would allow me, but it seems to be pointing at being a premium function.
How do i chose the correct direction for my pattern. I tried going on one direction and coming back from the other and it did not worked it messed out my pattern. How do I know which direction it should go
This is awesome thank you, I’m still learning and am wondering how you know where to put the double crochet to make the pattern?

Yes, you should upgrade your free version. I have already checked.

Hi, you can continue the pattern in either one direction or the other, you just have to make space by adding columns or rows
You can change the color "orange" to "white" using the palette icon.
yes, i did it
