I read the article and the original Fireball was built for radial racing without wheelie bars, so the engine was moved forward to fight wheelies. The new car is specifically no-prep built so the engine is set back 8 inches and with titanium and carbon fiber all over it's 200 lbs lighter with the same engine/trans combo.
If they get the car dialed in it's going to be hard to beat.
I saw the car came in under weight for tt setup so now its packing a procharger instead.
Name it “The Destroyer” since it’s battleship gray.

Ryan Martin has ruled the NPK events since it started. Great driver, great guy with a great crew. Call the car KING, because it will always be at the top just like the Fireball. I hope he wins again next season...
Nice car. I saw a few of the guys there along with Dominator. I really wish a sponsor would step up and build him a car. He is the coolest, most down to earth guy around and he deserves a break. The Dodge is just too old of a chassis.

This is what killed the OG street outlaws and why I don't watch it anymore. Big Chief said that he couldn't even buy a motor, to compete with these guys. Ryan should be racing on Sunday with Stevie “Fast” Jackson.
So far chief has held his own both on the street he stays competitive, on real streets he destroys most, and on no prep for his first time he did good even winning one

Beautiful car!!!! I loved the “original” Fireball, but this car is on a whole new level. I heard some say it’s a 572 but Dragzine says the driveline is the same 481X. Same horsepower in lighter car is going to make for an awesome new season of No Prep Kings!
Proline uses the 481x badge not to signify the cubic inch of the engine. Their 481x is available in 540ci or 572ci depending on the application.

I really hate to comment this because now everyone else is gonna say the ly came up with it. But for the record I just looked through the comments and nobody has said this yet. The name needs to have something to do with it being gray and still fireball like. So I'm thinking needs to be something to do with the ashes that the fireball leaves behind or something cool like that.

Everyone on The Street Outlaws show has either bought new engine setups multiple times or they bought new cars and Big Chief has always had the same old Pontiac engine he’s had since day one and even before the television show and Big Chief still is one of the fastest so called street car in the country
