Dollar Saving Bank.. beautiful building with so many art work inside.. unbelievable is now a Fine Fare… The Paradise Theatre they’re letting it rot away… Shameful.. My shopping days on Fordham Rd goes back to the 60-80s couldn’t deal with it after that.. was up there July-23 .. couldn’t hardly walk around.. Ortiz Funeral Home will always be busy..

Grew up in The Bronx, and I loved The Art movie theater on Jerome Avenue, RKO, The UA Valentine, Lowe’s Paradise!!
