    For fellow sufferers, here's what I found that helped immensely as a suggestion to research:
    1. IRON. Heme iron is best, a good supplement with chelated iron is also good (no ferrous, elemental iron, that's toxic). Avoid foods that inhibit iron absorption.
    2. Electrolytes, in particular magnesium, potassium and sodium.
    3. B1 and B6 (other B-vitamins can be helpful as well).

      RLS is often a sign Iron deficiency which you can have even if not anemic. I’m on iron infusions and the rls was gone after the second but is back a month later 😢

    Iron levels decrease at night, which is main cause of restless legs. Tonic water has quinine in it that I keep on hand to drink and it works within few minutes for leg & muscle cramps!

      @@patricialynnmoore you can purchase it at any supermarket. Different brands, different quality. Often used to mix with gin. But I would steer clear from alcohol with RLS. 😉

    Omg..the instant relief I felt when the beats started...I've been having HORRIBLE RLS since last night and it was going on all day as well...I was crying I didn't know what to do.       I’ve had it so bad the last 2 nights. Up til now Ive only had RLS occasionally and only in the legs but tonight has been horrendous. All four limbs and hands and sooo intense. It started at 9.30 ish and has only just calmed down 7 hours later😩I’ve tried a hot, bath, sleeping tablet, jugs of cold water, running on the spot, hot drink, pain killers, reading, Tv, raising my legs and this music.
      It’s hard to describe RLS to those who’ve never had it but I think I’d rather be in pain than this sensation. I was rocking in bed. I’ve just finished listening to this and it has gone. It’d be amazing if it’s this but hard to know as last night it stopped around the same time. Awful when your physically and mentally tired but it won’t let you sleep. I hope to god this isn’t going to be a regular thing as I’ll be a wreck of a woman having no sleep 😩

    I get really bad restless legs at times and have trouble sleeping. Sometimes this video helps and sometimes it doesn’t depending on how bad my legs are

      I think you create a play list with just this video in it. You can have play list with just one and put autoplay on (not sure about the adds in between) Or you create a play list and just add this video to the play list however many times you want it to play. For example a video of 2hrs added to play list so there are 4 copies of the same video will give you 8 hours playtime/ listening time. Hope this helps.
      Sometimes it helps to take iron tablets or Magnesium to help with cramps in your legs.. They help with my restless legs so just letting you know just in case. Blessings, Dot

    I tried all the meds. The only thing that works for me is Tramadol. Also no sugar in the evenings.

    Sugar and alcoholic drinks make my legs worse. When I don’t drink and avoid sugar, I don’t have issues falling asleep. I also take Mirapex every night. That keeps me asleep. Without it, I’m literally up all night. Hope this helps someone.

      I have had RLS since age 3, been on every drug possible.
      Watch out for Mirapex- I was on it for at least 15 years . For people with RLS it augments the symptoms over time. Weaning off takes time, don’t rush it, it’s like withdrawal from heroine. I thought I was going crazy- RLS on steroids. But my docs at MGH all say that it’s important to wean off Mirapex.
      I’m finding acupuncture very helpful.

    My legs literally jerk so hard I could kick a field goal. I have meds but here I am at 2:44 am. Just had major back surgery 2 weeks ago and even with narco, Valium, requip I sleep 1 hour and up. I just found this. Praying some things still heal from surgery that helps but since I have had since a child my hope is slim

    The main brain region got affected in restless leg syndrome is basal ganglia. So borderline and espcially ocd and tourette patients should listen this with other frequency audios. Basal ganglia herbs are original saffrone and quince tree leaves and gemstone is green emerald stone. Thnx for the uploader i tried some other audios so far they work very well

    After a lot of research trail and error, and sleepless nights, I found this works in combination with other things. You do need to we at headphones for it to work. I think there are different frequencies so if this doesn't work, try a different one. I just wish my doctor had told me about this and that they made them longer than 1:30 hours in length.

    I barley just started feeling symptoms of rsl and it is horrible come to find out it runs on my mom side so my tia mom and grandma suffer from it never experienced it so when I first did the other night it was horrible I been looking all around the internet for remedies my mom told me to wrap a heating pad around legs that helps to fall asleep but I still wake up so I put this on wrapped my legs put a pillow under my feet and a weighted blanket on top and so far I feel a bit better hopefully can fall asleep well again thanks to my dog also for comforting me❤️🙏

    I get RLS in my legs as well as my arms. Sometimes in other muscles If I worked them out during the day. It's not so much "pain " but it's annoying and I feel I have to consistently move. I have Gabapentin for this as well as Kratom and it usually helps but not always. I'm so annoyed and just want to fall asleep

    I could be mere seconds away from falling into sweet sleep then all of a sudden i have to move my legs because im so scared of getting a cramp in my calf. Its so painful and i have to limp for the next days after it. Im trying everything to stop those cramps

      Try a potassium supplement, and/or magnesium supplement. Heat will help too. Always wear warm socks to bed if you have a tendency to cramp up.

    I felt leg “pain.” Bilaterally after really meditating to these frequencies, but I do feel more ease at the restlessness! Is this normal. More of a complete back of legs, pain. Weird! But my brain is tired and I can deal with the other! Ty! 🙏🏻 There has to be a perm solution; I HAVE to work! 😬 2 hrs of sleep at night drives me to more caffeine to perform the next day; snowballing! But staying focused!

    This suffering is so brutal that I have taken a knife to my leg several times scratching it. It is horrible but my mind suffers the anxiety accompanied with it and I do drastic things. My Orthopedic doctor told me kindly to knock that crap off or he won’t do upcoming knee surgery. 🤯 I’m totally going crazy, no sleep in weeks, no naps. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 It’s very bad. I understand that it is caused by nerve compression which Anderson Podiatry in Colorado can do outpatient minor surgery to fix it. I’m doing it after my knee replacement. Some supplements help but you have to have three nerve canals decompressed to permanently fix it. Prayers appreciated please!!

    Guys I recently got prescribed Ropinirole for RLS and I'm at 1mg rn it's starting to help a little. It's a dopamine Antagist. Maybe look into consulting a doctor

      The 470 frequency would work. The video on this channel says it's for hand tremors but it's also effective for multiple sclerosis tremors.

    I also have RLS and every single night. EVERY night I go to sleep at 10 PM hoping I would fall asleep but I usually fall asleep at 3-4 AM because of RLS- I hate it

      Please try iron supplement every night. Put a bar of soap in socks and wear. Practice TRE (trauma release exercise) search here on TH-cam it helps completely.
