I have watched all of this dramas but I couldn't stop crying either full of sacrifices betrayal friends becoming enemies and it's entertaining too I lacked sleep for days but I was entertained this is good work I shifted to Chinese drama from African dramas I don't think am going to stop I will wait for more dramas from China keep more fantasies dramas coming💪💪 fighting

I watched Love & Redemption, finished 59 eps; but Ionging for Ten Miles of Peach Blossom. Watched 10 eps of Ashes of Love, gave up. The female cast is lousy actress. No wonder TMOPB garnered more than 52 BILLION clicks, the highest in the history of the world.

Ashes of love is such a great drama, I watched it twice and I cried so much. I recommend The Princess Weiyoung, the main female lead is so amazing and beautiful, she's one of the female leads that I never felt any annoying towards.
Yep, Eternal love forever reigns supreme. Everything about that drama is sublime.
Ten miles of peach blossom have a better happy ending ( it's more makes sense) than Ashes of love...but Ashes of love have a better plot from the beginning than TMOPB... So both should be number 1... We can't compare this... Both have superb chemistry... EQUAL ❤
Just curious...why Ashes of love's ending doesn't make sense to you? is that the part that she was reborn? if it's the case, you probably are not Buddhist because if you are, you'll believe in rebirth. For us Buddhists, it makes a lot of sense...we believe in Karma...Jin Mi was a good and kind person, she sacrificed herself for the sake of others (the 2 main brothers and million of innocent people and soldiers), so she deserved to be reborn in a good family...and as a bonus, she had the same father! and even though she still can't see colors, but she is so humble and accepts that fate with pride.
I like Ten miles too...I like them both, but my number one is Ashes of Love, then Ten miles...^_^
I'm also more satisfied with the endin in Eternal love. Ashes of Love left me with so many emotions... SPOILER....After Jin Mi died her soul was kept in the eye of Xu Feng and then her soul appeared again in EP 62 and immedeatly disappeared again (because of what?) and then she's reborn as a human? confused me
@@yualicheun14 it doesn't make sense, why she still has a memory of the past about Xufeng after she reborn, and knows that she will be picked up by him, also the ending raises various questions, is jinmi now a human or still be a water god?
@@MK-is3yw Oh that...when you see her in ep 62, those scenes are just memories of her. She is not really there. Only Xu Feng and others are talking about her. In ep 63 (last ep), she appears to him briefly because her spirit is in his eyes. Her spirit is with him all this time but he doesn't know. When he cries his eyes out thinking and talking about her, her spirit comes out through his tears and disappears to be reborn as a human. Apparently, she still remembers him and her past. She couldn't be born before because her spirit was in his eyes. Now, that her spirit was out through his tears, she could finally be reborn. Hope this help your confusion. ^_^
@@febriyantitengku2260 It's not clear when she was born she remembered her past or not, but because it was her trial and now that her trial has been undone (because of her good deed), her memory has been coming back to her. She was born a human and cultivated a lot to become a demon, plus Xu Feng gave her 6,000 years of prowess when they met again. And, he probably gave her more each day so now she is probably an immortal, but I'm not sure if she is a demon immortal or water god. They didn't say. If I have to guess, I would say she wants to be a demon because Xu Feng is now a demon. Hope this help you to understand the drama a little bit more. ^_^

I use to think that no drama can beat ten miles of peach blossom but after watching Ashes of love, my mind changed. Guys whoever hven't watch it should go and watch it. Every single scene is worth it. Great storyline, great cast and each character hve their own story. This two drama is the best chinese drama by far.

I finished watching Ashes of love and now I am in so much pain. Never has a drama influenced me so much. No other drama I tried to get over ashes of love seems to work. Every ost song of that drama pulls a string in my heart. I keep going back to Ashes of love and rewatching the episodes. EPIC BATTLE, PURE LOVE, FRIENDSHIP. The love so pure and so beautiful. The number one drama for me always and forever. ❤❤❤

Just finished ashes of love and I have to say it's my favorite. Amazing story and the chemistry between the leads it's so good. I started rewatching it (I never ever did it with another drama) and I can't help but feel so damn sad. It has a happy ending, but there's a lot of suffering. It's still my no. 1!!

@@abhipsamohanty9232 I saw it on viki TV, I liked it but it just didn't touch me like the other series of Dilraba or Deng Lun. The first drama that I watched of him "Ashes of love" made me fall immediately in love with his acting. And Dillraba I first saw her in ten miles of peach blossoms, her character was so cute and stubborn. I really liked it but I felt some how that they both lacked something in this drama. That is my own personal opinion. 😊

Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms was great! The Plot was amazing, characters were great, the costumes were beautiful. It gave much more emotions than Ashes of Love. Although I do agree that Ashes of Love is also great but not on the same level as Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms

I've watched most of the dramas but still, Ashes of Love is my number one choice. I like Ten Miles of Peach Blossom too but tbh, I can't get over AOL. I have never seen such an amazing Chinese drama before, I watched whole 63 episodes in just 2days, I forgot to sleep cuz I've been laughing and crying while watching it. It feels so real. The chemistry between the casts are undeniably strong too, esp the leads. Until now, I haven't found any other Chinese dramas that could beat my love for Ashes of Love ❤

'Ashes of Love ' is my favourite drama on this list! I personally feel it is the best drama I have ever seen tbh. 'Eternal Love ', 'Flame's Daughter ' and 'Bloody Romance' are also good. IMO 'Fu Yao' started out strong but started to lag by the end. The rest were okay for me. Nice list.

Deng Lun and YangZi are so real adorable actors, the others are either too fake or personality issues.
I don't know why... I just can't finish ashes of love for some reason. I was able to finish TMAPB despite how dragging it is at first and even Princess Agents which is very frustrating story by the way.
I must say comparing Eternal Love & Ashes of Love is tricky - I loved both!! I did however enjoy Eternal Love slightly better as I felt Ashes of Love dragged on a bit much (mind you they all do lol)
For me the best is the eternal love 10 miles peach blossom it hook me I watch it 10 times and until now I can't get over it I love the main character hea yuah and bai qian , of course I love also ashes of love i fallen in love with the main character also oh my god there are really good match , I also love the legend of fuyao , yang mi she is really a good actress super wow for me !!! I watched 10miles peach blossom so many times; so many parts left hanging; the producers shld consider Part 2. For e.g. Bai Qian's family don't even know she gave birth to a son. Fox King did not know that useless Tienjun had issued a death warrant on Su Su (BQ) and successfully carried it out with Su Jin. Part 2 should have a war on 9th Palace whereby Tienjun gets slaughtered and beheaded.

I agree with with Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms as #1, but Ashes of Love is definitely above Fu Yao (which I still loved). I might even rank The Flame’s Daughter above it too.

Now that is where you shouldn't go. I can't vouch for recent Korean dramas, but most people know quite well that Korean dramas are on another level compared to Chinese dramas. If you are talking about period costume dramas, then Chinese dramas are the best based on settings, costumes and cgi. But if you are talking plot-wise or story, Korean drama is better. Chinese drama just started getting very interesting more than other dramas just in recent years.

I watched a lot of chinese drama so far. But Ten miles of peach blossom/Eternal Love is the best.! I've watched it 2 years ago. But I can still remember the feelings of love and emotions of this drama.. What great story and productions.. I also watch the ashes of love it's good though but the eternal love left me some sort of marks/pain in my heart... How I wish they will make a 2nd season of it.

@@just_kim227 - although they have retained some of the main characters, the story itself isn't really like a second season in that 3 Lives, 3 Worlds, 10 Miles of Peach Blossoms, didn't have the rights to the book (To The Sky Kingdom) so they didn't actually follow the book (there was a big stink about plagiarism involved also) whereas 3 Lives, 3 Worlds, Pillow Book supposedly follows the book storyline.. in other words other than some of the characters being the same as in the first series, the story won't mesh up with the first series.. one confusing thing for watchers of TMOPB will be one of the characters who was a disciple of Mo Yan in Kun Lun (Liu Wayne) is now playing one of the Seven Lords from the Demon Clan.. also disappointing for me is that Mark Chao isn't going to be reprising his role as Ye Hua..

10 miles of peach blossom and ashes of love a close second. Just finished watching ashes of love and my heart still hurts. I watched 10 miles of peach blossom last year and it took me a loooong time to get over it. Both are so beautiful, so emotional and so so good.

Personally I'd put Ashes of Love 2nd because I love both it has an amazing plot, amazing CG effects and great musics. And perhaps would be number one for the worst cases of one sided love. lol
number one for me would be eternal love, because it was the one that showed me the beauty of Chinese fantasy dramas. And sort of my standard for watching C-dramas.

Sad for Mo Yuan though, I shipped him and Bai Qian at first an wished that Mo Yuan and Ye Hua is one.
I watched Ashes of Love too but I'm more into a strong woman/smart Female lead like Bai Qian, Ming Lan, Princess Agent. Ashes of Love does have a good plot but there were episodes that cringes me when the Female lead is too clueless or ignorant.
For smart female lead I don't think you can beat Story of Yanxi Palace.. and for strong female lead maybe you'd like Fuyao
I agree...I'm new to c-dramas so I have only watched ashes of love...eternal love...and im finishing princess weiyoung on Netflix right now...ashes of love and eternal love are pretty much tied for number one for me...I think that like someone else said in the comments for some reason after the main characters go to the mortal world in both shows and come back I be sooo annoyed and frustrated with what happens after that but to me ashes of love was written just a bit better...but I feel like the Male lead in eternal love is just the finest asian man and a great actor...tho he looks better in the show...never the less...I also dont like when the female characters are super dingy and flighty and downright airheads...I hated the way the female lead treated fish fairy in AOL...especially when he showed her his true form & she was sooo cold...damn that wasnt even right...but also in eternal love the side character fengjiu who was in love with dong hua was an idiot and their scenes always pissed me off and they have the nerve to give them a spinoff lol...she had no character development at all...I've watched 8 episodes of the spinoff and stopped...writing was horrible and I was bored...anyway...trying to decide what my next cdrama will be but I'll probably always these 2
@@ashleycarnes6068 I agree with you on the fengjiu character, I mostly forwarded their scenes as I got tired of their scenes. I haven't even got the energy or interest to watch the spin off..I prefer the love story in TMOPB compared to Ashes of love(in the end of AOL, I honestly was not shipping anyone, I just wanted everyone to go their own separate ways)... and I prefer the general story in Ashes of love compared to TMOPB. The dramas almost tie with TMOPB being no1 just cause I am a sucker for love stories
