    These people all think that they are “revolting” against the modern world through so-called discipline and dedication, but in reality they have just perfectly fallen into what the elite want them to do: run around in circles for zero reason whatsoever, make useless goals that lead nowhere, and prepare themselves for a “successful”, “dedicated” career ahead.

      As someone who does high intensity, high volume calisthenics almost everyday, and eats raw meat on the daily. You can't really prepare for long intense exercise. Besides food and hydration, it's literally 90% mentally forcing and physically exerting against yourself the whole time. I mean, you're right. To say he didn't prepare properly is irrelevant. Ths damage showed. Whether he ate an extra shitty Quackers Granola Bar during the 5K or drank some dead water from the grocery store to hydrate himself. It wouldn't have mattered.

    One thing I can tell you for a fact is that the "Boomers" were the ones who started the running craze. The Silent, Greatest and Older Generation never fell for that "noise", and it just goes to show another bad thing that the Boomers brought into this world. Marathons are more or less a "status symbol" event for the Upper Class who love to show off! LOVED the British antics you did in this video, it sure put a smile on my face this morning as always :)

    • @matane2465
      @matane2465 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      Boomers were also the ones who embraced fast food and junk food and fed that stuff to their children. That stuff didn't really exist before them, and when it did, it was actually healthier since they used beef Tallow instead of seed oil. The Boomers were also the ones who gave us Fad diets and workout routines as they tried to lose the weight they gained, not realizing it was their nutrition because they fell for the food Pyramid.

    • @prussiansocietyofamerica
      @prussiansocietyofamerica 12 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@matane2465 Yep! Also the start of using plastic cutlery and Styrofoam and chemical-laden containers began to become a "thing" because of the Boomers. Their attitude is "Well I could wash dishes, but why bother if I don't have too!?" They put us on the path of everything becoming disposable and also a very wasteful way of life, including the obsession with packaging for everything. The Boomers really ruined so much around us, it's insane, and they deny their own entitlement!

      those people smoke dope, have cavities and eat high fibrous foods, and meat is not the main part of their diet. a tribe like them would get demolished by a real tribe that eats better foods and have better habits like the maasai or others

      In the case of running, it's wear and tear on the knees mostly but it's much worse if you have a preexisting knee issues from other bad, unnatural sporting activities. The running will send it over the edge as in my case. Years of martial arts kicking in my teens developing cartilage wear, grinding and cracking sounds, and then started running in my early 20's = fucked knees by 30's. You can make an argument that squatting with/without weight load is better for knees and bone strength. Everything in moderation and in accordance with nature. Running only if you have to, in shorter bursts. Marathon running is super unnatural. The only people that get away without issues are people that litterally did nothing else and their technique is perfect + extremely low bodyweight.

    Goatis, what are your thoughts on gym because compound lifts boost testosterone or is testosterone not a big deal to you?

    • @ryanj116
      @ryanj116 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      Gym overall saps your test. Any of the studies on gym and test will show that test levels rise right after exercise, and fall back to baseline after. This means that your body is expending its testosterone as a response to exercise, exercise does not actually increase your overall baseline test levels. Test is obviously important, but gym is not a way to improve it.

    also goatis, do you think every human culture natrually eats animal based/fake carnivore/primal like ive only seen the inuit/massi etc , like for example i am from Punjab (india) and its is known for agriculture/, so my question is that my ancestors ate grains or are all humans on earth their ancestors ate animal based/carnivore etc, because i think there is alot of propaganda since the days of the british like cancer rates are so high in my state and it is the most vegertarian state, punjab wasent hit by famines i think because we are already into farming etc, like i know the sikh warriors ate meat especially goat alot etc in times of war, milk and dairy is popular but not meat these days, i also have a theory that becuase of indians not eating meat that the last 1000 years muslims ruled india becuase muslims can eat meat.
