Good video Mark. When you cant pull the string on the outboard that's called a hydrolock. just pull the sparkplug out pull the string 5 times and put it back. easier said than done tho haha.

@@BasicFishingNZ yeah I caught a few fish with them, but not a fan to be honest. Too heavy and slow for me. I prefer micro jigs and small softbaits. The glowbite micro jig is quite good. Unfortunately just lost it to a barracouta.
Were you tempted to throw a lure over the side of the bluebridge ferry ? i have never seen any signs saying no fishing anywhere .Throw a hand lure over the side next time even if you did get told off im sure they would see the funny side .
