One very important thing you mentioned is to fill the cezve according to its size. It took me a long time to realize myself, the coffee was okay but never really good. Now, I can finally enjoy a proper Turkish coffee.

I think there's a learning curve for all of us when it comes to the cezve.

First I found your music through a cooking channel comment about pans. Now, a coffee oficionado. I can tell that we are gonna be friends 😜
I love turkish coffee. I got on a kick years back when I produced an article for Aramco World Magazine - was my first time trying cardamom, too. I didnt have the pot, so I'd just grind up a cardamom pod and a little sugar with mortar and pestil, then pour boiling water over the grounds. Give it a stir after a minute, then wait a minute, and the grounds will have fully saturated and sunk to the bottom of the cup. It's also the perfect drinking temp by then.
