Great video man! My wife is from Peru and I’ve had so many variations of this drink. I had a really great one made with a Peruvian soda called Inca kola.
We also sprinkle a little cinnamon as a garnish.

I'm still not 100% sure if I like pisco or not but I'm going to keep trying recipes with it!

Good video. Thanks. I've loved pisco sours for years. I've found the VERY BEST way to make them and that involves mosto verde pisco, key lime juice, simple syrup, and Amargo Chuncho bitters (in the original recipe). Life changing, and this is the only way I'll make this drink now. (I usually have to strong arm a friend into squeezing all those little key limes for me...) Try it once and tell me I'm wrong
