Mega Glass Suite on the Mega Glass Houseboat

This houseboat is modular and can be booked ENTIRELY PRIVATE (650 sqm, 4 MegaGlassSuites till 30/40 guests in 8 rooms), in HALF (325 sqm, 2 MegaGlassSuites till 16/20 guestsin 4 rooms) or in one quarter (162.5 sqm, ONE MEGA GLASS SUITE till10 guests in 2 rooms). In case the houseboat is not booked entirely, double separators will be placed between the Suites on the private outdoor decks (each is 65 square meters). Each MegaGlassSuite has a ground floor bedroom (30 sqm) with its toilet room, its shower room, its walking garderobe and an entire front wall (7 meters wide) all in folding glass panels without frame and fully openable). Upstairs has also a 27 sqm mezzanine that is a proper second bedroom (that is mostly 240 cm high!) with its toilet room, its shower room and a 14 sqm balcony with a small table. The mezzanine has a 3 meters wide folding glass system without frame. There are two ladders to go up, one inside the ground floor room and one outside that get to the balcony. The ceiling and the internal ladder have a special mechanism and can be positioned in such a way that the up room is totally independent, offering more privacy in case of 2 couples (will use the outdoor ladder). The ground floor has one King bed with one queen bed that can be pulled out. The Mezzanine has one king bed and two queen beds that can be pulled out. Each MegaGlassSuite can be booked from one couple (will enjoy the ground floor with one King bed), 2 couples (one couple down in a king bed and one couple up in a second king bed) or from small group (in this case we will pull out till 3 queen beds depending how many guests!). The private dining area of each suite is 18 sqm and can accommodate till 16/20 people. If the Houseboat is booked in half or entirely, the dining area of two suites can be joined and can host till 30/40 people. All indoor and outdoor spaces are independent for each Suite. Each Suite has a sunbeds, shade, ladder to enter the sea and outdoor fresh water shower. The price is for the first 2 guests (the system will add the extra charge for extra people when more than 2 guests are selected). Shower with hot water. AC is available with surcharge.
