It has two private floating decks of 54 square meter each with a big private dining area for 16 people and with sunbeds and sun umbrella. You can also be more than 4 people and use the top floor (60 square meters) where there are two bedrooms of 24 square meters each (just the bedroom!). Each of the top floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own private two rooms bathroom (one for the hot water shower plus sink and one for the toilet plus sink). The two ground floor bedrooms have the options to take off the internal table and have one more queen bed in each. In this configuration you would have 300 sq meters with 8 queen beds. Perfect for a family (or a group of friend) till 16 people (there is also space to add one or two single matrasses). When rented privately it gives full privacy. Ideal for 2 couples or two small families that would like to have space, comfort and privacy. The price is for the first 4 guests. Shower with hot water. AC available with surcharge in the 4 bedrooms. It has the particularity to have at the ground floor the side walls in glasses fully openable with Italian system (folding glasses without frame), sliding glasses at the top floor.
