Please don't rescue using doctor. She's not that strong and a very easy target as well. The hunter might even change target after if you use doctor to rescue bc it's guaranteed most of the time you lose half health to rescue and ofc the hunter won't let you heal, and considering her skill is not for kiting at all (like if you are cheerleader you can boost speed to run away from the hunter's attack, or qixi you can bonk hunter and run. Doctor cannot just heal in 1 sec). That said leave the job to the rescuers (or strong kiters/spters if there aren't rescuers). She's considered a support at most, using doctor to rescue non-stop sometimes is just throwing the game.
