Seems like a lot of value for a single jewel
cant upvote this enough. the "omg nerfs" train is overhyping some minor stuff, and if crucible weapon system is as powerful as it looks, builds will be nutty.
the only doom i see is how the overall game is structured if you're not willing to trade. and TFT being a cancer and not being dealt with for years. but hey yall dont get past T5 anyway so who cares
People are sleeping on the new reworked uniques as well. The new xophs bow adds 30-50 flat fire PER ENEMY PIERCED. It also gives pierce all burning enemies and ignite prolif, so as long as enemies are close enough to keep the chain going, it has infinite pierce. With return I can see firing into a legion and having the return projs coming back with like 20 enemies pierced being VERY strong.
Maybe but don't plan around a breach item on D1 to D3 unless you're certain it won't be meta, Xoph's blood for example got crazy expensive in some early leagues and this time blessings will be way rarer too.
This league is all about Formless Inferno for me. I am SO EXCITED for it in SSF. Gonna run it on Occultist and have a siiiiick time clearing maps and delve.
Unless I'm missing something, blood and sand stance switch on left click won't work. It doesn't switch stances for me when I click while having it on left click.
While it's a bit further away, Dance of Blades is not that far and if you are swapping stances anyways you get Onslaught on top of Adrenaline and that wheel gives 30% CD to Stance skills, gem level gives 50%, gem quality gives 10% that's already 90% CDR. If you get a little CDR from elsewhere (Shaper/Crusader boots/belt, abyss jewels) you are looking at permanent Adrenaline *and* Onslaught as long as you don't stop moving with left click...
yeah i was reading the patch notes and saw the extra projs on tree and thought "holy cow i'm definitely league starting a bow character." didn't really understand the projectile returning thing myself so thanks for explaining what that meant, exactly.
even the things that have been nerfed are a lot less impactful than reddit and some of the community make it out to be. you just cant take the same 2 masteries on every build and call it defense
Elemental Hit should make a comeback in the meta IMO. The buff to Xoph's Blood makes pure fire Ele Hit so much better both offensively and defensively, not to mention all the buffs to bows that are present now
Manaforged Arrows is free maloney's mechanism for utility bow skills like lvl1 frenzy and ensnaring arrow. You have a separate 4-link with utility which triggers automatically while spamming your main skill.
dont forget , u still need to have the mana to pay the skills. triggered spells still need u to have enough mana. so 3 skills + supp triggered might cost up to 50-100 mana each time.
Definetly bow league. I'm crazy trying to figure out if Manaforged arrows is like a busted trigger for bow attack skills. Manaforged Arrows: Supports bow attack skills, causing them to trigger when you've spent an amount of total mana on other bow attacks based on the supported skill's mana cost. its additional proj, so melee hit +8 and +2 from alt quality, and also you can get multishot for +1 (11 proj total) and adrenaline tech too. If this is true, easy 12 times dps from just melee hit dps.

TECHNICALLY.... you can use AUTO Hot KEY to set up a macro for Blood and Sand to activate over and over. WHY? Isn't it against ToS? NO, because PoE says that so long as a Macro only does ONE function, (this is how they justify log out macro) then the macro is okay. So the ONE function this would be.... is to press (whatever) key that you put Blood and Sand on ever 1.2 seconds. For those who don't know how to make a macro or Auto Hot Key scrip you can go to almost any AI (like Chat GPT) and tell it "Make me an Auto Hot Key script where (whatever key you choose) is pressed repeatedly very 1.2 seconds) You can't get adrenaline while you HAVE adrenaline and it lasts for 1 second so that's why you have it pressed everyone 1.2 seconds. (Additionally imagine how you can now abuse champion ascendancy)
Are we positive that all bow attacks can hit enemies twice with vengeant cascade? I thought it would only work in some cases, for attacks like kb or la that have extra explosions around targets they hit. What about non-bow attacks like frost blades / sst? Also, what about interactions with sniper's mark?
It should work exactly as Nimis does with Sniper's Mark, because it's fundamentally the exact same mechanic (other than only being for attacks instead of all projectiles). The ground targeted projectile change for return means Caustic Arrow and Vaal Burning Arrow will no longer "shotgun" when abused with split, but Shattering Steel, Ice Shot, and Kinetic Blast should all still work. Considering Ice Shot is getting a vaal skill that looks very good I fully expect it to dominate the meta eventually, but Kinetic Blast might beat it out at the ultra high-end.
I leaguestarted bow gladiator in 3.19 and it felt okayish (I like wacky starters lol) but I ultimately abandoned it at early red maps. I think you just convinced me to try it again. I was already enjoying stance swapping with this playstyle, and now I get adrenaline, onslaught and mana reservation options? Sick! Puncture linked to the new snipe skill for big targets with ensnaring arrow ballistas. Somethin' stupid like split arrow should be fine for clear with bloodsplosions. The "(New) Damaging Ailments cannot be inflicted on you while you already have one, Non-Damaging Ailments cannot be inflicted on you while you already have one" mastery makes me want to experiment with something like self bleed+chill (Venopuncture+Golden Rule?) for ailment immunity! AND THEN I GET WEAPON TREES ON TOP OF THAT! This league is bringing FUNK!
Any chance you might make a Ice Shot build guide? I've always been interested in Ice Shot over Tornado Shot/Lightning Arrow etc. But due to the Voidfletcher nerf/changes. Ice Shot kinda got cucked. And I would honestly love to make a Ice Shot build. Especially since last league, due to making a CB Champ, I've practically fully embraced the mapping only meta 🤣

I'm definitely feeling Cobra Lash this league. Better masteries mixed with +Proj on the tree means it's easier to make an assassin that doesn't die immediately, and gets more damage out of not needing to run GMP. Usually the single target gets nerfed because you need GMP to properly deal with mobs of enemies, but if you can just run an LMP or even forgo the support entirely, that's a huge damage buff. Also Cobra Lash is just a fun skill and I want it to be good even if it's been meh in several past leagues.
Hey, thank you for nothing this interaction specifically. From what I understand from reading the patch notes (they confuse me a little) Tornado shot projectiles will no longer fire secondary projectiles both when the return starts and when it ends on you. It is only gonna trigger when the projectiles have actually returned to you. It is still a decent damage increase but i am not sure if it is actually that big a change, maybe I am wrong on this however, I would appreciate your feedback.

Oh boy i am so HYPED! I also have a feeling that this new Prismatic Burst Support Gem is btw really intresting to play around with. Especially later on as an attribute stacker.
dont forget something like EK ignite, => that bow represents 100% gain as extra / 200 life / 15 frenzy on hits + 100% proj speed / + one other suffix for example.
@@andrewdnistriansky3719 interestingly enough, this bow doesn't specify explicit modifiers from a quiver, but just "bonuses gained from equipped quivers". They removed synth implicit with +1 arrow, but there is still a +1 arrow corruption, so that might be just +6 arrows from the quiver, which alone is quite cool for something like toxic rain. On a quiver you can have up to 50% increase and 51% multi, from a bow you'll get ~112% increase and 114% multi on top of that - more than a bow will do. Of course getting +1 arrow corruption on a perfect quiver is not very realistic, but even without the corruption lets say its a Broadhead base, thats 10% (aka 32% with a bow) increased Attack Speed, 160% damage increase, 160% dot multi and +3 arrows, plus potentially up to 320 flat life, huge resist from the last suffix (or maybe its 16% -> 52% increased attack speed for even more spam?), maybe you'll even manage to get some utility from the last prefix there (Hunter's 10% -> 32% movement speed, Elder's 15% -> 48% inc aoe?). I think it has the potential, even if 225% they've shown are the max possible roll. Oh, and as for levels, there is definitely still some options to get some from amulet / chest, so it needs some testing still to see how good/bad this bow might be:)
Blood and sand does not work on left click, u gotta put it to a button like space bar. You can shift left click but that doesn't work if u hold left click either
I'm really curious about the new prismatic burst thing, if this works how I think it i'll work, is that it's going to be ment as an early game substitute for cast on crit. Which might make leveling as one of those builds feel really decent.

I was already pumped to see how my elehit starter will do with the Widowhail bow, but I hadn't even read through the patch notes to see the projectile returning change. I don't recall if anyone has tested tornado+pierce+vengeant cascade. If a bunch of piercing projectiles get fired into tornado and it chases down a single mob, would they all return to the travel path of the tornado?
I wonder if you can get Occupying force from Deadeye and have all 3 mirage archers shoot and return all arrows to you, that is like totally insane if it works as I imagine
I was torn between RF Jugg (pohx guide) and trying out lightning arrow (likely fuzzy's leveling with ROA), this vid has me convinced on a bow start. I have done RF a ton of times already and maybe this is the league to try bows for a change. Thanks again my mad scientist guy! ;)

@SabioSabugo check out fuzzy duck, he has some good leveling videos. I tried his roa pob with lightning arrow and storm rain totems instead, and that carried me fine on my test runs on ssf sanctum. With better access to additional arrows, I can only imagine it being even easier to scale LA or switch to tornado shot. Biggest advice would be to essence craft bow/quiver as much as possible so you have enough added damage throughout the campaign and white/yellow maps.
@SabioSabugo tbh I don't have a fixed strategy, I usually just play whatever I find fun at the moment. I mostly play casually so not really trying to rush anything or hit any # of challenges. Last league I got a few lucky drops I sold for a few divs, made a few divs from sanctum, sold harvest juice for a few and then managed to flip a few things, overall made like 25-30 divs which was enough to run most builds for pinnacles (not ubers). I was thinking of trying blight farming this league. From what I gathered ele bows are cheap to craft now or worst case buy for a few divs. Rest of the gear can be mix of uniques (hyri's etc) and some resist/life/suppress rares. That would easily carry to reds.
Yeah I'm looking forward to this so much, I didn't play a bow build last league so planning on starting bows and transitioning into a Voltaxic LA setup and trying to farm a good crucible upgrade tree. Love the look of the new league.
I've been an archery coach for 10 years and shoot a 100 pound English longbow. The closest I've felt to enjoying PoE bows like real archery is Scourge Arrow, then Assailum. Speed shooting in archery is all about rhythm. The channeled skills capture that. Finally I can just play with the Snipe gem.
righteous fire league for the first 8hrs then respec something else maybe. But i see no reason to stick with RF beyond yellow maps, its dmg scaling still sucks even with fire trap.

People are sleeping on the changes in general because of how toxic the main subreddit is being. Some of the changes are completely broken and we haven't even touched the league mechanic yet. Sometimes the subreddit gets change complaints right but it's literally every time I see them upset about a change and call it a nerf. It takes two seconds to look a little deeper into the changes to realize it was actually a buff cause they moved the supposedly removed thing somewhere else more accessible or just straight up introduced something better
Lance, you big bozo. You missed a big MCLARGEHUGE wheel. There's a new wheel called Excess Sustenance right at the supreme ego dex node that says 5 LGoH/5 LGoH/15% chance for 200 LGoH. That means that with the zillion and one projectiles that Tshot craps out, this thing becomes "40 LGoH, no questions asked". Makes me think that a poison Tshot Pathfinder with darkscorn may be something really juicy, since that will allow you to potentially be very tanky (sustain progenesis), have some terrific clear, apply withers like crazy because of all the projectiles you throw off, and just grind down hard fights because you become effectively immune short of something like uber slams, and even *those* might be able to be tanked depending on how much recoup you have. But yeah, 40 LGoH + Tornado shot + easy access to more arrows = holy moly?
If I hadn't already decided on a Spellslinger, I absolutely would've decided to go bow. But honestly, Sabo EoW/Ice Spear spell slinger feels like it will be absolutely nuts. Throw in Heatshiver and the new ele mastery that has a 25% chance to invert the monsters resistances and you should be able to get hits that are something like 12 TIMES damage if you've frozen the enemy and assuming the enemy has 75% res. Getting double -75% res on a Heatshiver build in general will be absolutely nuts and I'm sure there are better/bigger chunk damage builds more suited for it, but I'm excited.
Real quick, this is just a math thing, so maybe I'm wrong. But if you're banking on 75% res becoming -75, 25% of the time. That means 75% of the time you're also dealing 1/4 the damage you could be doing 75% of the time. This equals an average of 3.2x damage overall. If enemies have no resistances then it's lower damage. So you genuinely have to hope they have resistances :/ And... I mean. If you just have two curses with avatar of fire you're lowering enemy resistances -65/70% resistances based on how much you're building into curses. that's "full damage" on any enemies that HAVE resistances, and like 6 on all other ones because it's not inconsistent.
@@NathanielKuros Of course it's not consistant, that's where 3x 6 Ice Spear proj and 3x 8 EoW projectiles come into play. 25% is a large enough number to where it won't be uncommon to trigger it several times in a row. It's absolutely more catered towards a nuke/stars align type deal but it's intrinsically counter-synergistic with Exposure or Pen as it is. Plus, any and all higher tier maps and pinnacle bosses will have resistances and it allows me to just care about putting up Snipers Mark.
after activating the innitial bs buff the effect is running. whenever you "recast" it and the actual cooldown is up ,ou ll switch into the other stance
So what you are saying is that your arrows will return to you no matter what? They won't disappear when they hit the wall as they usually do? So you would just need one pierce then. I'm hoping that's how it works. Still, more of a "midgame" goal though, considering it costs two golden oils. You won't throw that just on any amulet. Regardless, I'm excited!

Yea it doesn't. You'd need to be clicking on an enemy ur pressing shift every time (which defeats the purpose of binding to L-click and better to just numlock/macro it...)
I have always enjoyed bow builds but now the question lies... which skill to start with. Do I just run CA/TR because I know its ability to progress easily or do I go one of the new Vaal skills and see what they are about? I've always been a sucker for ice arrow NGL. It's really tempting to start there.

i will say when it comes to league starting bows, rain of arrows is actually really effective after you clear the first act boss. just upgrade your bow from time to time and you're rolling. throw some ballistas of some sort in as well and even better. and i very much speak from experience as a noob who for some reason plays 10-15 builds a league despite not being super good at the game.
It's also very easy to path over to point blank / precise technique and abuse steel skills early, since they are always point blank range. Then just spec into bows later when you get things like gmp
@@niuage its just for leveling, roa deadeye/raider can do 5hrs into white maps/merc lab comfortablly. You can swap once you have cruel lab for +2 proj, 2 proj on tree, and vaal ice shot/LA, probably ends up better than roa at that point
This is going to be great with the saviour as the proj also returns to them as well making it way less clunky as it is now when you include all of your pierce and chains additonals.
i setup a !pobraw command in my twitch chat which links to directions on importing new tree into pob, takes less than 5 minutes. NOTE it is not supported by pob so wont work if you want to calculate numbers at all.
int stacker wand has been top tier build for awhile, it's just stupid expensive and not league start friendly. I'm sure you could league start with a trinity support wand build using piscators or essence crafted rare wand, to eventually transition into int stacker, if you know what youre doing. First few acts gonna be rough if you level with wands though.

Are we positive that all bow attacks can hit enemies twice with vengeant cascade? I thought it would only work in some cases, for attacks like kb or la that have extra explosions around targets they hit. What about non-bow attacks like frost blades / sst?
Also, what about interactions with sniper's mark?

It should work exactly as Nimis does with Sniper's Mark, because it's fundamentally the exact same mechanic (other than only being for attacks instead of all projectiles). The ground targeted projectile change for return means Caustic Arrow and Vaal Burning Arrow will no longer "shotgun" when abused with split, but Shattering Steel, Ice Shot, and Kinetic Blast should all still work. Considering Ice Shot is getting a vaal skill that looks very good I fully expect it to dominate the meta eventually, but Kinetic Blast might beat it out at the ultra high-end.
Normalizing Return was the highlight of the patch notes for me. Vengeant Cascade gang!
I leaguestarted bow gladiator in 3.19 and it felt okayish (I like wacky starters lol) but I ultimately abandoned it at early red maps.

Somethin' stupid like split arrow should be fine for clear with bloodsplosions.
The "(New) Damaging Ailments cannot be inflicted on you while you already have one, Non-Damaging Ailments cannot be inflicted on you while you already have one" mastery makes me want to experiment with something like self bleed+chill (Venopuncture+Golden Rule?) for ailment immunity!

Any chance you might make a Ice Shot build guide? I've always been interested in Ice Shot over Tornado Shot/Lightning Arrow etc. But due to the Voidfletcher nerf/changes. Ice Shot kinda got cucked. And I would honestly love to make a Ice Shot build. Especially since last league, due to making a CB Champ, I've practically fully embraced the mapping only meta 🤣
You can literally hotswap LA for Iceshot and it‘s gonna do roughly the same thing in all triple ele applications.

I also don't like Lightning Arrow because of the damage ranges. You either deal 9 damage or you deal a fuck ton. I want a guaranteed damage not " Maybe good, maybe shit " kinda damage. And I know, LA isn't technically shit. But you get what I mean Lol
ice shot build is literality the exact same as TS/LA. Nothing changes. Just gem swap and some minor passives on tree.

I'm definitely feeling Cobra Lash this league. Better masteries mixed with +Proj on the tree means it's easier to make an assassin that doesn't die immediately, and gets more damage out of not needing to run GMP. Usually the single target gets nerfed because you need GMP to properly deal with mobs of enemies, but if you can just run an LMP or even forgo the support entirely, that's a huge damage buff.
Also Cobra Lash is just a fun skill and I want it to be good even if it's been meh in several past leagues.
Hey, thank you for nothing this interaction specifically. From what I understand from reading the patch notes (they confuse me a little) Tornado shot projectiles will no longer fire secondary projectiles both when the return starts and when it ends on you. It is only gonna trigger when the projectiles have actually returned to you. It is still a decent damage increase but i am not sure if it is actually that big a change, maybe I am wrong on this however, I would appreciate your feedback.
This is definitely the league to come up with your own wacky build. Already crazy interactions found and we don't even have the weapon skill trees datamined!

The new unique bow will be insane for bow dot builds! Especially Toxic Rain and Vaal Caustic Arrow
dont forget something like EK ignite, => that bow represents 100% gain as extra / 200 life / 15 frenzy on hits + 100% proj speed / + one other suffix for example.
Not really sure since you can get only about 50 multi on a quiver but on a bow you get like 50 multi, 70 increase and +3 to skills which is massive
@@andrewdnistriansky3719 interestingly enough, this bow doesn't specify explicit modifiers from a quiver, but just "bonuses gained from equipped quivers". They removed synth implicit with +1 arrow, but there is still a +1 arrow corruption, so that might be just +6 arrows from the quiver, which alone is quite cool for something like toxic rain. On a quiver you can have up to 50% increase and 51% multi, from a bow you'll get ~112% increase and 114% multi on top of that - more than a bow will do. Of course getting +1 arrow corruption on a perfect quiver is not very realistic, but even without the corruption lets say its a Broadhead base, thats 10% (aka 32% with a bow) increased Attack Speed, 160% damage increase, 160% dot multi and +3 arrows, plus potentially up to 320 flat life, huge resist from the last suffix (or maybe its 16% -> 52% increased attack speed for even more spam?), maybe you'll even manage to get some utility from the last prefix there (Hunter's 10% -> 32% movement speed, Elder's 15% -> 48% inc aoe?). I think it has the potential, even if 225% they've shown are the max possible roll.
Oh, and as for levels, there is definitely still some options to get some from amulet / chest, so it needs some testing still to see how good/bad this bow might be:)

I'm really curious about the new prismatic burst thing, if this works how I think it i'll work, is that it's going to be ment as an early game substitute for cast on crit. Which might make leveling as one of those builds feel really decent.

I don't recall if anyone has tested tornado+pierce+vengeant cascade. If a bunch of piercing projectiles get fired into tornado and it chases down a single mob, would they all return to the travel path of the tornado?
I wonder if you can get Occupying force from Deadeye and have all 3 mirage archers shoot and return all arrows to you, that is like totally insane if it works as I imagine

@SabioSabugo check out fuzzy duck, he has some good leveling videos. I tried his roa pob with lightning arrow and storm rain totems instead, and that carried me fine on my test runs on ssf sanctum. With better access to additional arrows, I can only imagine it being even easier to scale LA or switch to tornado shot. Biggest advice would be to essence craft bow/quiver as much as possible so you have enough added damage throughout the campaign and white/yellow maps.
@SabioSabugo tbh I don't have a fixed strategy, I usually just play whatever I find fun at the moment. I mostly play casually so not really trying to rush anything or hit any # of challenges. Last league I got a few lucky drops I sold for a few divs, made a few divs from sanctum, sold harvest juice for a few and then managed to flip a few things, overall made like 25-30 divs which was enough to run most builds for pinnacles (not ubers). I was thinking of trying blight farming this league. From what I gathered ele bows are cheap to craft now or worst case buy for a few divs. Rest of the gear can be mix of uniques (hyri's etc) and some resist/life/suppress rares. That would easily carry to reds.
Yeah I'm looking forward to this so much, I didn't play a bow build last league so planning on starting bows and transitioning into a Voltaxic LA setup and trying to farm a good crucible upgrade tree. Love the look of the new league.

I've been an archery coach for 10 years and shoot a 100 pound English longbow. The closest I've felt to enjoying PoE bows like real archery is Scourge Arrow, then Assailum. Speed shooting in archery is all about rhythm. The channeled skills capture that. Finally I can just play with the Snipe gem.

righteous fire league for the first 8hrs then respec something else maybe. But i see no reason to stick with RF beyond yellow maps, its dmg scaling still sucks even with fire trap.

People are sleeping on the changes in general because of how toxic the main subreddit is being. Some of the changes are completely broken and we haven't even touched the league mechanic yet.
Sometimes the subreddit gets change complaints right but it's literally every time I see them upset about a change and call it a nerf. It takes two seconds to look a little deeper into the changes to realize it was actually a buff cause they moved the supposedly removed thing somewhere else more accessible or just straight up introduced something better
Lance, you big bozo. You missed a big MCLARGEHUGE wheel. There's a new wheel called Excess Sustenance right at the supreme ego dex node that says 5 LGoH/5 LGoH/15% chance for 200 LGoH. That means that with the zillion and one projectiles that Tshot craps out, this thing becomes "40 LGoH, no questions asked".
Makes me think that a poison Tshot Pathfinder with darkscorn may be something really juicy, since that will allow you to potentially be very tanky (sustain progenesis), have some terrific clear, apply withers like crazy because of all the projectiles you throw off, and just grind down hard fights because you become effectively immune short of something like uber slams, and even *those* might be able to be tanked depending on how much recoup you have.
But yeah, 40 LGoH + Tornado shot + easy access to more arrows = holy moly?
How do you change your tree to see thew new changes? mine still displays old stuff.
If I hadn't already decided on a Spellslinger, I absolutely would've decided to go bow.
But honestly, Sabo EoW/Ice Spear spell slinger feels like it will be absolutely nuts. Throw in Heatshiver and the new ele mastery that has a 25% chance to invert the monsters resistances and you should be able to get hits that are something like 12 TIMES damage if you've frozen the enemy and assuming the enemy has 75% res.
Getting double -75% res on a Heatshiver build in general will be absolutely nuts and I'm sure there are better/bigger chunk damage builds more suited for it, but I'm excited.
Real quick, this is just a math thing, so maybe I'm wrong. But if you're banking on 75% res becoming -75, 25% of the time. That means 75% of the time you're also dealing 1/4 the damage you could be doing 75% of the time. This equals an average of 3.2x damage overall. If enemies have no resistances then it's lower damage. So you genuinely have to hope they have resistances :/
And... I mean. If you just have two curses with avatar of fire you're lowering enemy resistances -65/70% resistances based on how much you're building into curses. that's "full damage" on any enemies that HAVE resistances, and like 6 on all other ones because it's not inconsistent.
@@NathanielKuros Of course it's not consistant, that's where 3x 6 Ice Spear proj and 3x 8 EoW projectiles come into play. 25% is a large enough number to where it won't be uncommon to trigger it several times in a row.
It's absolutely more catered towards a nuke/stars align type deal but it's intrinsically counter-synergistic with Exposure or Pen as it is.
Plus, any and all higher tier maps and pinnacle bosses will have resistances and it allows me to just care about putting up Snipers Mark.
left click blood and sand doesn’t actually work like that afaik, it doesn’t actually change your stance.
make sure "attack without moving" is checked - it works.
after activating the innitial bs buff the effect is running. whenever you "recast" it and the actual cooldown is up ,ou ll switch into the other stance
So what you are saying is that your arrows will return to you no matter what? They won't disappear when they hit the wall as they usually do? So you would just need one pierce then. I'm hoping that's how it works. Still, more of a "midgame" goal though, considering it costs two golden oils. You won't throw that just on any amulet. Regardless, I'm excited!

Yea it doesn't. You'd need to be clicking on an enemy ur pressing shift every time (which defeats the purpose of binding to L-click and better to just numlock/macro it...)

I have always enjoyed bow builds but now the question lies... which skill to start with. Do I just run CA/TR because I know its ability to progress easily or do I go one of the new Vaal skills and see what they are about? I've always been a sucker for ice arrow NGL. It's really tempting to start there.

Definitely starting with a bow build, can't decide if I want to do Ele Hit or Ice Shot.
i will say when it comes to league starting bows, rain of arrows is actually really effective after you clear the first act boss. just upgrade your bow from time to time and you're rolling.
throw some ballistas of some sort in as well and even better.
and i very much speak from experience as a noob who for some reason plays 10-15 builds a league despite not being super good at the game.
It's also very easy to path over to point blank / precise technique and abuse steel skills early, since they are always point blank range. Then just spec into bows later when you get things like gmp

@@niuage its just for leveling, roa deadeye/raider can do 5hrs into white maps/merc lab comfortablly. You can swap once you have cruel lab for +2 proj, 2 proj on tree, and vaal ice shot/LA, probably ends up better than roa at that point
This is going to be great with the saviour as the proj also returns to them as well making it way less clunky as it is now when you include all of your pierce and chains additonals.

How did you get 3.21 tree in pob?
i setup a !pobraw command in my twitch chat which links to directions on importing new tree into pob, takes less than 5 minutes. NOTE it is not supported by pob so wont work if you want to calculate numbers at all.

int stacker wand has been top tier build for awhile, it's just stupid expensive and not league start friendly. I'm sure you could league start with a trinity support wand build using piscators or essence crafted rare wand, to eventually transition into int stacker, if you know what youre doing. First few acts gonna be rough if you level with wands though.
