M.odern Bison/Vega/Dictator first impression

How does M.odern Bison/Vega/Dictator play without knowing anything? He felt great even playing with just auto combos and not knowing any setups for mines/bombs routes. He will definitely be an insane offensive machine!

I will make another video about M.odern Bison once there are more info to play him more optimally. Here are some basic okis to get you started if you just want to mess around on day 1:
