I like the way explanation of the categories at the beginning. It will be interesting to see if you still think it is a read first device after your more detailed review.
Thanks God. You are the chosen one to finally review this device properly. I already have the pocketbook color 3 and QUADERNO A4 Gen 2. because the QUADERNO is quite a big device I would love to have a (data secure / GPDR conform) not taking device. 😊
Honestly, once the review was done, I shelved it and haven't looked at it since. Booting it up again now, I see there's a minor update, but nothing of note. I see it's running about $300 on Amazon now in the US, $120 less than when I bought it in January, which I think speaks volumes. Is it worth $300? With the Boox Go 10.3 now released at $380, I think the X remains overpriced, but not by a lot. $275 feels like a good price to me, and it does have the advantage over the Go in having a front light. So at $275, and with reading as the primary use and notetaking second, then that would be a good deal. Think of it like an entry-level, 10" reader and notetaker. With Pocketbook shifting focus on the newer EO, I suspect there won't be much in the way of future updates for the X Pro.
Thank you for your review! I'm a big fan of Pocketbook platform in whole, so it was an unexpected device for me. If possible, can you please use a fixed focus for the camera? When you move hands closer to the camera, it's focusing on them, making the device blurry.
That's the mobile version of Microsoft OneNote. I'm planning to do a video on that in a month or so, comparing OneNote to the Boox notetaking app to get a sense of how they compare.
This is a pretty good review. I like it a lot. This needs more views imo.

A promising start! This is indeed not a widely reviewed device…
I have been interested in the pockebook devices so thanks for covering this. As you mentioned there are not very many videos looking at them.

Thank you for considering my request. Looking forward to the detailed review ❤

Yes! I actually changed cameras since I filmed this and the focus on my new camera is much better. This won't be an issue in my future videos.
thanks for this review. Off topic question, may i know what is the note app you use in th-cam.com/video/9oBs2EXyh3Y/w-d-xo.html
