Get the "insta360 X2 quick reader" for it (not X3 OR OneRS horizontal version because not compatible). Fixes your issues of taking the cam apart for the SD card.
Thanks for the tip! We'll have to try that out.
Short but good review. Is the desktop and mobile software the same as it is for my X2?
I believe it is.
I am curious about how does this compare to Insta360 X3
Check out our review on the X3... th-cam.com/video/XPa3Dd7toCM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=HNfnb3ZcdP7FQA9J
The 1-inch has a better sensor... but if you need waterproof it's gotta be the X3. Hope this helps!
do you think the the computer app that comes with the RS 1 inch edition is better and easier to use then the phone app ?
We've used both the app for the phone, tablet, and laptop and noticed that the videos render fastest from the phone app. In terms of ease of use, I think the phone offers the most intuitive editing.
Hello, please consult, what is the issue of publishing?
We're not sure we understand... can you give us more information?
Quality of camera seems the same as X3?
From our experience it's a way higher quality image. Both have a similar amount of pixels, but clearly the processing on the ONE RS must be superior. And the 1 inch sensor helps a lot. You can zoom in much further and still have a very usable image, versus the X3.
Thanks for the review.
I hear a lot of reviewers complaining about the extra step and maybe difficulty of framing after the fact. But same reviewers don’t complain about colour grading on videos that were taken with d-cine, hlg etc (apologies not a camera expert so might have used the wrong words there but I’m referring to the flat video that you have to colour grade) which might be more work. 😅
We haven't noticed any additional work with the color grading of the clips.
@@bcc_live you might gave misunderstood my comment 😅. What I'm saying is that some TH-cam tech reviewers complain about more work for insta360 cam since you have to reframe it compared to a tradition point and shoot action cam. Yet same youtube tech reviewers talk about the capturing videos in LOG format and color it after. I mean isn't that the same as using a 360 camera in a sense that there will be more work to it? 😅 Can't understand people sometimes 😅
I would agree the post production work of framing the 360 camera footage is similar in workflow to color correct LOG format videos. It's an extra step but it allows for a lot of creative freedom with the framing.
@@bcc_live true, i would compromise on quality over footage that you might have missed. Technology is indeed improving a lot. Can't wait to see maybe an 8K/12K/16K 360 cam with a 3/4 or full frame sensor maybe in 5-10 years time. 🙂
Bit long
5 minutes too long???
It is longer than a TikTok
