Good to see you again As a stage presence coach I highly recommend for your mind blowing experience ! Pink Floyd "ECHOES" live in Gdansk///// Pink Floyd's GOAT You won't be disappointed. You might even cry.
Nice to see young people enjoying Floyd. I have watched them since 1965. I still can’t go a day without hearing them. They are the best band live and on record that I have ever heard. Comfortably Numb will be played at my funeral.
Totally agree. Pink Floyd have been my lifelong companion ever since my record shop owner shoved a copy of Piper at the Gates of Dawn into my hands and said listen to this. The Pulse concerts were the greatest ever and even now after nearly 60 years their music is timeless and fresh. David Gilmour is still amazing in concert aged 78.
First things first, you are absolutely stunning in this video, absolutely gorgeous. Second, I’d have to say, this is probably in my opinion David’s 3rd best guitar solo/solos in a song, right behind Comfortably Numb from this concert and On The Turning Away from The Momentary Lapse Of Reason Tour. Awesome reaction ❤️
People will tell you that the whole Pulse Concert is insane, and the are right. Still my personal favorites are „High hopes“, „Shine on you crazy diamond“ and „Keep talking“.
Oh wow, I had completely forgotten about this song! Thank you for doing a reaction to this one. I remember the concert from '94 and there are many more songs from that live performance that are absolutely superb!
I read that when Pink Floyd went on tour they needed over 50 trucks broken into 3 fleets. One fleet held the light, sound, and stage equipment for the concert they were currently performing while another fleet was taking equipment to setup for the next show, and the third was being loaded from their previous show. The gear leapfrogged the band otherwise the setup time would've cut into the number of shows they could perform.
You are correct sir! They spent almost 100 million just on the lights and stage show. What a concert and bravo to David and his band for such an awesome show!
What tells you how far ahead of the curve Pink Floyd was is shown with people in 2025 being impressed with the lighting of a concert in 1994!! I've seen them four times in three different decades. I've seen about 100 concerts with other bands and groups and never seen a better concert than Pink Floyd puts on.
Same here I'm 70 ive seen Zepplin, Stones and many more big bands but no one sounds better live than Pink Floyd and definitely puts on a much better show. The Stones live sound horrible micks voice is terrible you can really tell how much they help them in the recording studio.
The only time I got to see them play live was at Bingley Hall Stafford in the UK In 77 they played the wish you were here full album first half of the concert and the Animals album second half they were superb
A journey indeed. Their works always transport you to another realm with their soundscapes - and light shows. I saw them live in 1975. There is still more Floyd for you to enjoy, however David Gilmour is still going strong at 78 years young. He released a new album in Sept 2024, and then completed a 21 show tour in Rome, London, LA and NYC in Oct and Nov. He did old Floyd favorites as well as the new stuff. There are loads of cell phone videos, but they all suck as to audio and video quality. But David will eventually release properly recorded concert videos, and here is the first one - a composite from one of the new songs, at each of the venues, and the woman singing beside David is his daughter Romany, who has inherited some of David's musical talent and she sings lead on one of the songs, backup the rest: th-cam.com/video/SOKlfW3ABtA/w-d-xo.html ( David Gilmour - The Piper's Call Live Around The World ) Here is Romany with David and the tour band: th-cam.com/video/Yv4--p6bAxo/w-d-xo.html ( David Gilmour with Romany Gilmour - Between Two Points (Later... with Jools Holland) ) And if you want some insight into a major part of the genius that went into the works of Pink Floyd, watch David's the making of his new album which he describes as the best work he's done since Dark Side of the Moon in 1973: th-cam.com/video/EckHimWp9NI/w-d-xo.html ( David Gilmour - The Making of Luck and Strange )
Thank you for another reaction video! I love your videos; a good thing you're doing is not interrupt the music (many times), but comment along with it. That makes an uninterrupted experience of the music. Also i love to see your emotional reactions about the music; you feel the music. ( like i myself too) I love the videos you make mylady, you make them very well. Pls keep them coming....
Oh how I Love Pink Floyd!! Obviously with them it's always been "go big or go home!" I don't remember if I've seen this one before but I can't believe I would have forgotten it 😎🤘 Anyway I love your reactions and channel. I will hang out and start throwing some suggestions your way. Take care 🤗❤️
great reaction, theres plenty more great songs from the pulse concert, id recommend you try " COMING BACK TO LIFE " and "MONEY ", im sure you will enjoy both aswell as many others
This is over 30 years old! Yes, the stage didn’t have LED screens to create a fake landscape. But it had real computerized lights - and a lot of them! They didn‘t save on anything and I doubt that something comparable to this scale has been pulled off ever since. And the fact that this still looks fresh today tells you, how much ahead of time the Pulse Tour really was. And then imagine the audience experiencing something like this back in 1994. It was unheard of, unseen, as computers had just become powerful enough to steer all thus - and it unfortunately has never been achieved again since. There are a few groups touring in a kind of Pulse-Memory-recreation concert. And even though they are quite good, their efforts seem like a cheap and almost unworthy copy if the original - even 30 years later!
It's not something vocal pros would usually react to but when it's about stage presence you should have a look at Amy Taylor from 'Amyl and the Sniffers', she's a very demure and almost shy person in interviews but she's the queen of confidence on stage!
Have always loved this song. I saw PF on the Division Bell tour back around '96 I think it was. Phenomenal! Curious - what's your favorite/most impressive stage setup you've seen? Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper, and later Rush tours all have great stage setups.
Nice reaction 👍🏼 You definitely need to check out a Marillion song ! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Neverland (live '09) is awesome! His voice is striking... You'll love it ❣️
Controlling feedback on a guitar is an artform all of it's own & young David has really aced it as a skill. You may get more out of videos if you don't spend so much it with your eyes closed but I know it's hard to not lose yourself in such magic.
You are right...modern music is nowhere near this. Much of today's popular music is lost to computers and auto-tune. There is good music out there today but it is hidden and not heavily promoted. Money vs quality is the problem.
Always good to see reactions to Pink Floyd, but with you talking over the music, I couldn't make out much of what you were saying except the woo's at the end. Please either pause for comments or save them to the end.
Its hard to focus on the job of reacting to stage presence and being analytical when your soul is lost in the music. :) The energy when your there watching it is palpable.
song about Rogers break up from the band. "Hands weaken at the moment of truth" Roger signing the separation from the band " Great indignation of what is to be"Roger stating that without him the band is a spent force". Marc Brinkman ( Laser man) lighting director. Marc did Dave's new solo tour, Suggestion: bootlegg video. Pink Floyd is a continuous Eargasm. Sound Art... I'm a "consumer" since 1973... God save the "FLOYD"...
Happy 2025.🎉
Greetings from Portugal.
People will tell you that the whole Pulse Concert is insane, and the are right. Still my personal favorites are „High hopes“, „Shine on you crazy diamond“ and „Keep talking“.

I have made a daily habit to search for a reaction song of our band 😊. Thanks for reacting.

Gosh !!!! Still got these beautiful eyes!!!!!!
I was lucky enough to see David last year & this was certainly one of the highlights of the show.

David has a way with his guitar. He is a master string bender. He never overdoes it.
Incredible piece of art coming to life ❤️
2:21 ! Yup . . . PF
They don't, excuse me, CAN'T make music like this today.
Best band ever and I doubt that will ever change. Simply brilliant.

Nice reaction 👍🏼

I think 🤔🧐 that the Pulse version of "Sorrow" is David Gilmore's best guitar solo
