One thing to test if your English speaking skill is good is when u try to speak with native speakers. When I was in the UK and spoke to locals, my grammars were all over the places. Now at work I also need to speak English almost all the times it become a habit. Don't afraid of basic grammar mistakes everyone makes them. Just speak with confident that's all.
