  • You diaphragm is how you breathe! if it's tight then you will have difficulty maintaining consistent and normal breathing on and off the bike. Try this test and massage technique to make it better for you!

    You explained this extremely well. I felt like my diaphragm was tight when I tried doing diaphragmatic breathing & meditating, and lot and behold my right side is super tight, but my left side isn't. This is fascinating!

      So I was having this same problem, couldn’t even find my rib cage sitting or standing. I did it laying down on my back though and it worked wonders I’ve been struggling with breath starvation for the last 2 weeks because it was so tight and I’ve been doing this massage laying down for the last 2 days and I feel like I can take a deep breath again

    I have the pain there for almost 6 months now not being able to work or to live normal life, had like 30 doctors check about my hearth, guds, muscles, basically everything, ended up being told its all in my head that I dont really have the pain and I can breathe.. After I googled damn ton of things, I found out it can be stuck diaphram, so is it safe to follow the instructions on this video even tho I barelly breath and have really intense pain there even when touching it gentley? Thank you

Can I please ask you what would you do if you was me right now? I cant even call emergency ambulance because they wont help me, I was there for like 8times already and they always do only blood test and say I am healthy and send me home even tho I can really barelly breath. You are probably the only person that takes me serious I can feel it, and I am dead SERIOUS I thought many times like I am dying (I really felt it in my mind) because of that I cant breath properly and I am having low oxygen in brain or I dont know what it is and I am being very disoriented because of that. • @kittle29
      @kittle29 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Same here. I actually started having PVCS a lot and so getting treatment for that but this has been a 2 year odyssey of every kind of doctor imaginable. They say its my heart but I've always been active and never had an issue. I started having chest pains, stomach pains, nasal congestion all at the same time I don't think the heart controls the sinuses. SMH

      @@MsCubanmex yeah. I actually had my primary tell me it’s mental. I know I have some heart issues but I really feel it’s in my diaphragm. I’m going to schedule a myofascial release appointment to “release” those muscles. I can’t take a deep breath or yawn fully to save my laugh and get a tightness in my chest if I talk too long. It’s so weird.

      @@kittle29 I feel it's in my diaphragm too...I also think the vagus or phrenuc nerve have a lot to do with it. It's scary for ...I always think I'm gonna die from this. I'm afraid to fly on a plane and have these symptoms while up in the air. I don't know how my body will react especially my heart. So just to be on the safe side I will take a xanax to help relax my diaphragm ( and me)..lol..and also metoprolol to keep me from having tachycardia.

      @@MsCubanmex do you have a diagnosed heart issue as well? I have cardiomyopathy but it hasn’t changed since diagnosis and I never had symptoms until two years ago. I started having stomach pain, GI issues, post nasal drip and stuffy nose all at the same time. I don’t think it’s my heart because when I take a Xanax I calm down too. I’m actually going to a pulmonologist on Tuesday to have them check my respiratory system including my diaphragm but I’m gonna do the massage as well. It’s been two years of HELL. I too get the feeling I’m gonna die so I don’t sleep well.
