Just an idea for your cap hoop. I use a bench grinder pedestal from harbor freight. It has holes on top to mount the cap hoop and wheels for mobility. It is also way taller than your bench stool
That “thing” after the engine is called the relay unit. It does several things: 1. It acts as a decurler 2. It has multiple cooling fans to ensure the prints don’t brick together 3. It has a built-in densitometer to check color density 4. You can use it as an exit tray for prints you don’t want going through other finishers (or that can’t go thru the finishers)
Daron - love the videos. What books have you been reading that you felt have impacted you? Any other youtube channels been influential in the change? Also do you have a video on the tumbler laser? Thanks for the time you spend making content.
I know you want to avoid extra finishing, but a natural pair to your pen sales are notepads. I know you used to have that old padding press. Would be great thing to market to pen buyers.
Welcome back to paper! Haha 🎉
Good job Printing press is a hubby and money-making business I mean it's fun and work both
It's lost most of the fun for me.

I haven't seen that thing around the shop recently. I'm starting to wonder what I did with it.
❤❤❤

I like sinalite for the most part
I think their quality and product is fine, they are just slow and don't hit their stated deadlines.
Famous last words “we’re not going to do that kind of work”. Three weeks later upgrading equipment to do “that kind of work”.
Me, change my mind! Never....
You just glossed over the pen laser commentary. We want the juicy details. Are you planning its own video?
More to come
Piece of garbage you say? LOL
