Saw this before. True philosophy of any wrestling! Judo, aikido, jujitsu or any grappling type of martial arts is self defense! Don't ever let a grappler grab you or you'll be laying on the ground! Very good movie! Strong techniques! Kudos to cast & crew! Aloha
