Such a beautiful instrument. Korg engineers just smash all the competition! Not only the design, but sound, keybed, build quality, functionality... I hope one day I will have this beauty. Just phenomenal

Yet another fantastic demonstration!!! Judging from this demo the Grandstage X is probably the best keyboard to come out in a long time. Keyboard manufacturers these days are relying too much on legacy products. Simply a lack imagination and innovation by the manufacturers. I have always like what Korg has done ever since the M1

Ha ha ha. This is literally a mashup of the last 4 stage pianos Korg has made. Absolutely nothing here is innovative. It even looks like a Nord Grand.

Sounds amazing! I wish it came in RED like that SV-1 a few years ago, cos that looked bloody amazing! :)

    Nice demo
Can we choose and save different effects (tremolo, wha, phaser...) for each sound?

If Korg had updated the keybed to something amazing and something luxurious then and only then would have given the Nord Piano 5 a little bit of competition.

Do I understand correctly that you can not have 3 layers covering the entire keyboard? Splits and layer options seem to be limited, although advanced enough for a lot of users.

Does the keybed have triple sensors?

Korg’s RH3 never had it, so that would be an improvement.

@@luucdentoom6955 it’s a finger breaking, hand cramp enducing beast of a keybed

@@edunabie haha, I used to have a Korg Grandstage (not X) with the RH3 keybed. It was fine. I would worry more about breaking my back than my fingers if I had to bring this to a gig. 😃

Is a color display with modern resolution to much to ask for? Or even E-ink.

Nope. But i feel like the monochromatic screen matches the overall look. Color screen would be unnecessary imho. But hopefully its an oled.

However undoubtedly this Grand X has marvellous acoustic grand piano voices. One of It derives from Kronos and Nautilus.

Nice, but too heavy, and terrible organ/Leslie sounds

Great and very stylish Digital piano by Korg. It's clear and shining that its target is for pro musicians..... But is its price exaggerated the same??😮😮😮🤔🤔🤔🤔

Yeah $3k?? No thank you… Macbook with M2 to M4 chip and a studiologic controller! Half the price and way more options… Korg get a grip and learn from other’s mistakes… Those days of spending a ton of money on keyboards are over…

+ a good VST + audio interface. This isn't meant for bedroom DJs. Some giggers will pay for the convenience of having just one item to lug around and plug in. Also buttons in front rather than scrolling on a trackpad half way through a song.

@ i am a gigger and setup for me is minimal with controller and MacBook and now im using an ipad with M4 chip! Fuhget about it!!! Like italians say!!! Insane what im doing with just iPad… I have Nord, Montage, Fantom, korg and a bunch of other vsts like ravenscroft pianos… it goes on and on… 1 expensive keyboard cant do that! And im using logic too…
