Nichia 519a reflow and dedome on Fw3a board

Reflowing some Nichia 519a sm303 emitters onto my Fw3a mcpcb, and dedoming them using a non abrasive method.

Can't wait to send you my Fw3a's! I bought the last 3 blue ones from illumn. Last year they randomly put 5 Lume1 drivers up for sale and I have a grey and purple fw3a with fet + 1 drivers! I also have 3 new fw3xs just sitting waiting to be swapped. Lol I keep spending my monthly flashlight budget on different lights, but I'll eventually get to the FW3As

I have a wurkkos ts 21 and I did this on the LED, but now the flashlight works and the LEDs do not light up. I don't understand why I only did it with my fingernail.

It looks like there is a sealing layer over the die, as opposed to it being completely exposed to air with the dome gone. Is this true? Very good if true. Thanks.

is any reflow solder okay or does it need to be high temp solder?
i guess i can reflow it in an hot pan or so.. dont wanna buy all the Equipment
