I've contracted Apple, LG, and TCL and no one gave me a solution, but your video fixed the issue! Thank you so much!

I have this sound bar connected to a TCL 65S433 using the HDMI ARC port. It sounds great when using any of the HDMI inputs connected to a source, but when I use the streaming services I have to crank the volume up to 90% or 100%. Is there a setting I may be missing?

Mine has the ARC on HDMI 1 And when I have it highlighted on the screen....the box to the right says: "System audio control Inactive and I have no HDMI mode OPTION under the Rename and Remove

I tried what you told us on your vid but the screen info is so different I was unable to follow you. I have connected a cheap soundbar to the earphone socket temporarily which is fine. I keep checking but the internal speakers don't work. have tried factory resets etc. Do you think there is a genuine fault?

So my issue is, everything is connected correctly. The tv shows my Vizio soundbar connected to HDMI1(Arc) but no sound comes out, the remote shows HDMI ARC as the output setting, everything is correct as far as I can tell, but the TC shows "your device is not connected to the HDMI port" yet it shows the device name...I"m at a loss.
@@addismultitasking3504 I had the same issue as Silent Hill. I followed your suggestion and unplugged everything for a couple of minutes. Plugged it all back in and now everything is working fine. Thanks! 😀

Right now the arc option is greyed out once I get my soundbar and connect the HDMI cable the option will be able to be selected

Hmmm try unplugging everything wait 2 minutes plug back in and try it. make sure you do not have an optical plugged in
