You went full circle, making sense of this nonsense called life and damn this just blew my mind straight onto my head.

Thank you for stating plainly and finally: it’s our entire society.

In fact, I thought of that the other day. I believe more and more the two groups are detaching themselves. The political polarization reflects that! Thx Prof! I understand everything you say, and I’m having a hard time to digest the nature of the narcissist and that it cannot be changed. I wish I could find the cure!

The borderlines giving outside control and the grandiosity reminds me of the 3 stooges with Larry and curly following moe, moe keeping them in check and them sometimes responding back the same way and when they do, it pisses off moe! There is an actual episode called hoi palloi, where they are forced into learning to be gentleman against their will, and they always find odd jobs so as not to become one of the hoi palloi or 9-5ers.

That last part where he mentioned the larger scale version made me think of the book the fourth turning. I wonder if he’s read it and what he thinks

Has anyone here read the book “the fourth turning”? His theory about society as a whole becoming more narc and borderline is extremely interesting in the context of that book. It basically describes 100 year cycles in societies that usually climax through a crisis period and war (which is the period we’re in now). It makes me wonder if the narcissistic and borderline cycles at a mass scale have always been ingrained in humanity? Even going back to the beginning of the earliest societies.

The American revolution and civil war are examples of the old system being destroyed and a new being created through a crisis period.

Thank you very much for the valuable content.
Professor, my mother is a narc and my sister is border. What you said about this assimilation/exchange of these traits, I confirm that it is exactly like that. Both make apocalyptic drama out of absolutely everything.
Could you please make a video talking about border women possessed by the Animus?
Because this seems to be the case with my sister and...I have never found material talking about this type of case.

@Sam Vaknin. Recently my sister in law was trying to tell everyone, that she believes that everyone is neuro divergent. I assume she means everyone in society. I talked to her about the DSM and how they are updating it and she said that they need to include the female brain. She seemed kind of angry that it doesn't address it. Is there such a thing as the female brain? Is there any truth to what she states about neuro divergence being wide swathed amongst the population? Or is this perhaps just something that is circulating from self stylized experts? Like a trend of misinformation perhaps? I love your videos thanks!

Your sister in law has a problem with language: "divergent: means NOT common. Female and male brains are, indeed, different, but mostly only in terms of susceptibility or vulnerability to mental health issues.

I think she meant something like the world is too much occupied by the more destructiv male energy (women as men) and the cure would be getting more into the caring, creative female energy. Its a ying yang thing. From my perspective shes absoulutly right with her statement.
