Where can I purchase balloons in bulk if I wanna get started to do this more frequently without breaking the bank? Would I need credentials to buy from wholesale companies? Or what local stores would you suggest for low prices? Seems like party city is way over priced and they're balloons in the packs don't really seem to be the greatest quality for stretch or color or at least my local store doesn't have the greatest selection to purchase from ... 🤔
