Hello, I love your easy to follow tutorials! Im very new to balloon artistry and am making my first cone. I currently only have enough 5in balloons to do clusters on 3 for the ruffled edge to go around the ice cream scoop. I know it will be a little smaller, but do you think that would be okay?
