Here in the states you have weight scales on the road and when open truckers have to go in and weight. If yoour over gross it can be up to US $5000... Jamaica needs something like that or weight dection camers alone the roads that are capable of snaping the truck plates or some type of identification and send the ticket/eveidence in the mail.
As you can see CHEC have finish their work and move on to other part of the road, but the local contractor Build Rite stuck in the same state of play for over 6 month now.
