My children living in England and they told me that these things cannot happen with over run with their contractor, if them tell the government say the word a done December them say it have to done December or his the contractor have to give back government money. That's a waste of time and money putting in that small drain pipe there. When it rains heavily, the volume of water coming down there with shale and rocks is going to block that drain with the first heavy shower. They needed a box culvert 5 feet x 6 feet that can be cleaned when it get clogged with debris.

I don't like this wall, and how far below ground is it coming from? I think we should have a reinforced waterproof concrete wall coming from out of the ground, and then put big rock behind it in the sea to stop erosion.
