Like how Subaru believed that if he asks people for help or rely on them, he himself wouldn't have any redeeming left, he'd be useless, he'd seems weak and pathetic. For those who haven't read the novel, in chapter 8 of the anime that will be released in two weeks, this ED will make a lot of sense, minute 1:11 will be explained in that chapter and it will be one of the most epic moments of this damn anime. minute 1:11 apart from the meaning that most people give it, it means that everyone trusts Subaru and I'm not just referring to his friends, literally the entire damn city of Priestella put their faith in him. After all, Subaru is the one who decides to be the face of the counterattack and if they lose the city, all the responsibility will fall on his hands, the deaths, the pain and the despair will be something he will have to bear on his own. Subaru becomes the light of Priestella, this is what will happen in chapter 8
Well, you'll get sad in the next chapters, not everything is perfect. And one thing, the Reinhard vs Regulus fight is that of an unstoppable force vs an immovable object.
Regulus has his time stopped, meaning that his attack can go beyond anything, unless his weak point is found, his attack damage scales up to 5D and ignores space-time, Only someone like Goku or Zeno Sama could defeat him by destroying the entire universe without having to discover his ability, since Goku can destroy universes so surely he could win. Because if the universe is destroyed, time too, and Zeno Sama, let's not even talk about it.
Unfortunately Saitama would lose against Regulus since Saitama cannot destroy universes, Saitama could not defeat Regulus because Regulus is an immovable object.
Truly felt like a Myth & Roid ending, they have those signature tones and sounds, kinda like you can know a song is from Linkin Park i guess, absolute cinema that the strongest is backing Subaru when the situation is this dire
