*This is exactly what I needed for trimming the edge of oak boards **MyBest.Tools** I also used the disk to round edges while building an oak - walnut cabinet.*
@@_HACtv_ Do you reckon it is worth getting the 9403 over the 9400 for a floor sanding job? The 9403 is currently twice the price of 9400 in the UK. Would the 9400 be good enough - I'm not a pro just a hobbyist. Thanks
Hey Dave! I suppose it depends on the type of timber and how much floor you’re sanding. I know the 9403 has a lot faster rotating speed with a larger motor which would be handy for a big area! But if it’s just for levelling the odd spot here and there I’d say the 9400 would do just fine.

Too good!
Hi mate, is this sander a variable speed one? Thanks.
Hey mate.
Nah it’s all or nothing unfortunately. But it’s a decent speed for most things I’d say.
@@_HACtv_ Thanks, I'm after a variable speed sander, just burnt a Ryobi variable, piece of crap.
Makita always good stuff.
