Bro now that's sick. And can I know where you got that front bumper from
Cheers mate. It’s from ARB
When are more episodes coming out?
Working on them mate. Shouldn’t be too much longer
I like this car in My family i have one is the Best of they world
That’s the way! 👍🏻
Does Stedi offer 2 models of headlights for GQ!! I bought one but looks different in appearance!
Yer there’s a few now. The one like mine in a couple of colours (black and chrome). And another has a projector type look with the halo ring which also has a few colours.
well done, got a lot out of that. Hope all the hard was appreciated.
Thanks mate! Yer appreciated so much that he sold it! Haha
Hi do you know if gu and gq rear tanks are the same? Thanks
Hey mate, I did look into this when I was looking for a tank and I was told that they were slightly different so I didn’t risk it and sourced a GQ one.
Handy bench for detailing the car!
Yer good idea!
Nice design! Should be built into router tables!
Cheers mate! Yer not a bad idea
You must be my soul brother. I just love yellow tongue and use it anywhere I can. I’ve built out at least 6 workshops to date (for personal use), over the years. Great channel dude! 😉👍
Yellow tongue is king in the workshop! Haha Cheers mate!!
8:33 Bob’s your uncle! 🤣
Haha!!
It’s unreal how often the old 100mm trick happens, for some reason it’s so easy to do 😂
I know! I haven’t done it for a while and I only bought the exact amount of timber I needed too. Wasn’t happy haha
The 2 by 4 are not from palletts, so fake.

@@_HACtv_ aren’t they it in the background?
Yer good eye! Haha I ended up using those ones with the green paint.
That benchtop looks unreal!😮
Thanks mate. Turned out alright.
Came up nice
Cheers mate!
Another Rippa of a video. Keep up the good work bro.
Cheers mate!!
What screws did you use for what areas?
For the larger beams I used the nail gun to hold it in place and then some 100mm bugle screws. The rest was either structural timber screws if it was load bearing or just simple timber screw if not.
Ok cool thanks. What screws did you use to attach the sheets to the purlons?
Ever have any issues with expansion putting the yellow tongue straight onto the steel? Planning a similar project and wondering if I batten out in timber first
It’s been up for over 2 years now and sheets are still butt together flush.
@@_HACtv_ Thanks mate awesome result!
How did you screw the bottom part to the wall? It doesn't look like a drill can fit there.
I just removed the rail in front to get the screws in then put it back on as I could get to those screws from the sides.
@@_HACtv_ Thank you
It’s a better option then putting led ibulbs in h4 light & the sealed beams are shit
Yer 100% agree!
Looks amazing !
Cheers!
En voyant votre vidéo, je me suis enfin décidé à faire un montage identique au vôtre pour ma défonceuse. Merci 👍👍
bon à entendre, profitez-en
Nice one! When's the next vid coming out?!
Thanks mate, I’ll have something out in a couple of weeks.
Love watching your shed fit out and it’s giving me plenty of bad ideas and I can see it costing me a lot of money 🤣. Currently in the process of installing foilboard insulation as it get a little warm in Bendigo. Keep up the good work.
Haha thanks mate! Yer I know what you mean, it’s an expensive process! But if you can do it yourself you’ll save a bit of coin. Yer good call on the insulation, spewing I didn’t do something similar.
Nice work!
Thanks mate!
Hey mate. Love the content. Binge watched the shed build. I’ve got a 6x9 myself. Based up in Cairns. I’m just about to start modernising mine. Looking to insulate and line the walls and repaint the floor to make it a nice space to work in. Any recommendations before I start? Anything you would have done differently? Also random question. What do you do for coin. Me and the mates have been betting on it. I’ve got money on diesel fitter/mechanic seen as tho you’ve got the commy and GQ.
Thanks mate! Appreciate the support! Oh nice one! Look, if I was to go back and start again. I’d definitely install a thermoseal building wrap along with the insulation. Being up in cairns, I’d say that would be a must! That would probably be my biggest regret. Would definitely make sure your wall lining is a decent thickness. Just makes it more versatile for mounting whatever down the track. Heaps of power outlets and a couple of circuits with at least one dedicated 15A GPO for the big power items like welders or whatever. No time to be tripping circuits. Haha! You’re not the first bloke to ask me that question. Nah not a mechanic. But keep guessing, I have a good laugh at the guesses. Good luck with the shed!
Nice one! Yup, can see how good that dust collection is by the state of your hoodie at the end hahaha!
Thanks mate, yer just a bit haha
Do you have the wiring schematics I’m about to tackle the same what wires you tapped into etc and where’d you get your pollack valve I’m in vic
I just used the patrol repair manual. There are a few diagrams in there, but unfortunately my loom was a bit cut n shut from past owner so I had to some testing along the way. Place I got the valve from was from here going off memory. www.scintex.com.au/products/pollak-fuel-valve-switch?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjw5Ky1BhAgEiwA5jGujrUayBOq2aRjCZvKW-_2E8_O5aQH4tAsA5BuXDDowihkZsbtR8s8ZxoCMmMQAvD_BwE
Great vids! Are you using 90 x 35mm for the bench frames mate? Looking to do similar myself but had 90 x 45mm in mind...
Cheers mate. Yer was all 90x35. I wasn’t spanning that far so the 35 was more than enough and it’s honestly solid as! So if you want to save a bit of coin it does the job, but nothing wrong with going the 90x45.
Please Cut the music. You’d be offended and possibly even think I was a bit wired if I came to talk to you and put on repetitive background music playing at the same sound level as my voice. 🥴 Around 40% of any audience has some sort of a hearing impairment. Otherwise thanks for the presentation. 👍
Yer, that’s a fair call. Was my very first video. No idea what I was doing. 🤷🏽♂️ Tried fixing it here: DIY | Shed Build | Starting The Shed Internal Fitout | WorkShop - Ep. 01 (RE-LOADED) th-cam.com/video/2_Ewd-HLxpo/w-d-xo.html Let me know what you think.
@@_HACtv_ Yes, they are definitely better in your later videos!
a dogy door on it would make it look realy good
Yer good idea. The dog just doesn’t like going through any of those doggy doors. Haha

Haha yer, something like that. Cheers
beautiful..😮
Thanks!
neat.
Thanks!
What about tires without rims, brand new. How to you recommend to store them? Currently i have them leaning against a wall. For the last 30 days
I suppose you could do the same thing, just wouldn’t need to be as strong because it’s much lighter. Or even something as simple as a bit of timber to thread through the center of all the tyres and suspend it up from a chain or a couple of ratchet straps just to get them out the way.
Happy Birthday Frankie Boy 🎉🎉 Love ya work. Uncle Noel
Cheers Noel!
Looks awesome! What do you do for a day job? Got some skills
Haha Thanks mate! Yer I’ve worked a few trades in my time, my time in cabinet making is probably most relevant.
Cleannnn 🤌
Thanks mate. Surprised myself haha
@@_HACtv_ haha I don’t know how you come up with your ideas it’s awesome, you’ve inspired me to go hard with projects and making a home for every tool and material 😂
Great job. But curious about the sparks with the trim router? Just a screw in the way? We’ve all hit some damn thing at some point! Thanks for the video.
Cheers mate! Haha nah think it’s just a combination of a blunt bit and using it without the vacuum. The dust particles were igniting with the heat. Not ideal, but looked impressive haha!
Yes! Good to see more shed additions!
Thanks mate!
He’s back! Love your content mate
Cheers mate! Appreciate it!
Good to see you back in the shed !
Cheers mate!
Quality!
Cheers bud!
Smart and cheap way to add more drawers 👍🏼
Cheers!
Great video thanks mate. Im wondering if there is any chance of you going into a bit of detail on the mounting of the jerry can holder on the small barn door? Is that something you did? How is it braced in the inside of the door? Cheers
Thanks mate. I done it a few years ago, but I suppose I could throw something together. I’ll pop the door card off n give you a look at what I done, as I can’t remember exactly haha. But yer, there’s definitely some steel bracing in there. Maybe flat bar from memory.
ledgend
Haha cheers mate
Love the videos mate, keep them coming!
Thanks mate! Working on it!
Awesome!
Thanks mate!
More vids coming up bro? I love your ideas 🤙
Yer for sure. They’re in the works! Cheers mate!
Nice work, just wondering which board as you using is it the 3600x800 18mm structural board? And do you have a link to the nicer finish board Thank you
Thanks mate! Yer was the 3600x800x19 general yellow tongue. At the time Bunnings were stocking two different brands under the same barcode. Believe they only sell the good one now. Structaflor is the brand. www.bunnings.com.au/structaflor-19mm-3600-x-800mm-general-purpose-yellowtongue_p0148884?store=6249&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADtbEB-2h_8JysfG4A3wkOASqo9rd&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0MexBhD3ARIsAEI3WHIiMI6HAENSJz16QRF5_9dHF0wirX6QTdMouUwMhDlfccmSMOvBxrQaApCxEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
@@_HACtv_ legend thanks mate
@@_HACtv_ if I were to paint it do you think it would come out okay? Thinking about building a gym room once our shed goes in
I’m actually thinking of painting some of mine soon, so keep an eye out. I’ll be able to let you know if it’s worth it. But I’m thinking it’ll need to be sanded or cleaned to remove the wax coating on it as they are made to withstand external weather until roofs are installed on site.
@@_HACtv_ legend ! Can’t wait
Thanks for the inspiration! Going build something similar myself this week
Awesome mate! Good luck!
