These affordable small homes, ranging from 500 - 1150 sq ft, are designed to feel bigger and be very functional spaces, and they look fantastic! What a great deal for someone who wants to own their home & land, not be house poor, and not have so much land that it takes all their free time to maintain it. It's a little slice of heaven!
It sure is gorgeous…I’m taking ten days off in June to burn some unused vacation time at work and I think I’ll grab my little dog Henry and take a little roadtrip from Florida to Morrisville to check out the town…I’ve seen some videos posted of the downtown area and it looks very charming and nice..just what I’m looking for! 600 feet sounds good for me as I’m a retired legal services employee. I could work remotely but I like being retired. The lot size of a quarter acre is good. I like the idea of pier & beam. MBy the way when I’m in Carrollton Texas there’s a small (expanding) airport nearby and I really like the small planes and jets.
I’m a solo soon to be retiree as well….i’m so over “toiling” every weekend my 2K sq foot home and ready for about the same size home as you are….my home owns ME! Ready to buy in here if this vision gets enough of us to bring it to fruition. BTW… you’d love the small airport near my Florida home…it’s home to Sun & Fun - our annual air show. I can watch the old warbirds and the Blue Angels as they perform from the backyard of my house. It’s a treat I look forward to every year!
I just Know these homes are going to look so beautiful there I love watching beautiful homes just being built on new properties Randy you have a genius in mine thinking in land development I’m very proud of you and Amanda and your working crew❤️👍
Look how big that sky is! I'm on the second floor of a house in a fairly well-to-do section of Orange County in California. My slice of the sky currently includes the second floor and roof of two other houses that take up half the height of a 4-0/5-0 window. If I sing in my room, the neighbors can do harmony (or slam their windows shut, whichever). I know Randy will do his usual stellar job of respecting the geography to maintain the scope of the view.
@@IncredibleTinyHomes Still trying to set my life up so I can get out, but the land is the problem. I can afford the tiny house or the land, but not both. It was the prospect of being to afford rent when I retire on a fixed income AND being able to afford to buy the tiny house attracted me to ITH. It is also why I need them to keep developing tiny house properties, preferrably in East Tennessee (my grandfather was from TN and East TN is in the weather shadow of the Smokies). After doing some research, we find the crime rate appears to be higher than the national average for Morristown. Since you live there, what are your thoughts about the presence of crime?
I can tell you from my own experience I checked the Newport crime rate before I moved here and it was awful so I checked my own town where I was living and I loved it there and it was so much worse. What you need to understand is the crime rate is per capita so if you have 100 people living in a town and get 3 crimes that looks so much worse that if you have 1000 people with 3 crimes. I go to Morristown all the time and I feel completely safe in both towns.
Also, I think the address is actually Russellville, a kind of suburb of Morristown, so check on the crime there, too. One of the things you can do if you contact police departments is get the breakdown... what kind of crime is it? And you can get the rate by neighborhood. Vagrancy is a crime, so is loitering, & shoplifting. But they don't make it a dangerous place to live.
This is a terrific idea...Y'ALL! And I feel it really is Needed! The prices that the usual builders would put on this area would cancel it our for those, like me, who want a new, clean, eye-pleasing home to enjoy and not go broke building it. It's a Thumbs Up!
This community is going to be absolutely stunning. The houses are beautiful. Their is an interior layout for . it all cover. This is the next affordable step for thosewho want a little more than a tiny house . Excellent value I would imagine you will have close supervision over this project from INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES . THAT WAS A QUESTION..because people know your standard and you deliver.
This will not be an ITH community. This is a regular subdivision development. Once the homes are sold ITH moves off the property and is not in charge of it anymore like any other development
When I saw your first video introducing this property, I loved it. I prayed to God if it’s his will for me to move there to open that door for me. Randy, please don’t cut those trees down along the property. I did some research on Morristown and it has very good reviews. There are some negative but that won’t stop me from locating there. Keep up the good work Randy! You too Amanda! :)
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW .... Amanda and Randy I hope you sell out on this proposed property. I love each house design and that the person will own the property. You can't imagine the opportunity you are giving people to be home owners. With the state of the US economy many people are priced out of the home market. I wish I had this in my state of Missouri. You are creating a precedence of "tiny" foundation homes for the state of Tennessee that I hope other states will follow. I would be so happy to live in any one of the models.
Too bad there is no one willing to count how many people have become homeless in the past seven years. My little subdivision has doubled in occupancy. Most have lost everything in storage and are trying to start over.
I'm hoping that you will dedicate at least 30 of the 75 Acres to the 55+ population . I have been following you for about the last 6 years and planning on how to make it all work for me because I am a 65-year-old single woman who resides on Social Security. I caught the video the first time and got so very excited because I'm trying to figure out how to sell my place once my mother and father's estate sells. I just recently lost both of them. I want to own my property outright, as I do currently . However I really like the peace and quiet of no children not to be mean to anyone by any means. I'm a retired ice cream lady and owner-operator LMBO seriously though, I am old and tired of being alone and would prefer a much older and more comforting age group . One that I could socialize with and fit into like your tiny communities. I just want a piece of what you're offering now but in a more mature and age appropriate for me setting so I might have some friends
Interest? YES!!!!! This is EXACTLY what is missing in the housing market!!!! This is that sweet spot I am looking for!!!! Not big, not tiny. Great pricing! More traditional than going full on tiny, but still affordable smaller living. This hits the bullseye!!!!! Well done!!!!!
If you are interested or just want more details reach out to sales@incredibletinyhomes.com and get on the list. The Sales Team can answer all your questions.
Well built, affordable homes, in a lovely area, will ALWAYS sell. If you get 100 customers and get some houses up, then people will come. Many people just want to see you working on it. Just get the 100 built and the streets in. Local builders will be great, but it would be reassuring if Randy would check in and inspect the houses as they are going up. Not full time, just spot checks.
I love this piece of property. I wish I had the money. my family live in that area if you say blunt mountain in Blountville was name my great great great great grandpa governor of Tennessee. We moved back to Georgia into Florida now I know why I’m so drawn to that country and I want to go home.
I love you guys but you need to add the 40,000 to home cost so total starts at 170,000. There was another company i visited in florida that was low home prices but lot was seperated. Thats what your deposit is lot price. So total starts 170,000 Am i wrong?
That is not correct. The total cost of the least expensive home is $139,900 and that includes the 1/4 acre lot. We are asking you to put a $40k down payment that will be subtracted from your total
Thank you Randy & Amanda, this is answer to prayer for thousands of Americans! Yes, I agree with Steve, "The Meadow", to match the theme of the other communities! Then keep the beauty of the treelike as a park for the community and call it "Amanda's Meadow" in her honor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think this is awesome what you're doing keep going and go everywhere I don't know why people want these huge homes or how could they afford it the taxes is horrible in some areas
We in Michigan do not eat crab apples. We used to play hide and seek and throw crab apples at each other on the farm. It hurts, lol. I, too, would rather have garden's
I've said this all along about ITH communities. They spend a fortune on all kinds of trees, except fruit bearing trees. Aesthetics may be nice but, in today's economy, the world we are living in, food security is a big thing. They need to be planting fruit bearing trees and building community garden sites to sustain the neighborhoods. Make these communities as self sufficient as possible. I'd like to see more people planting gardens on their property than having perfectly manicured lawns.
The Meadows of Morristown or The Meadowlands of Morristown. Beautiful property. The trees make the land and so glad Randy likes to keep the beauty in the land, unlike most developers that won't to level the land and leave it completely bare. Nature is an amazing thing and the wooded area is going to make this subdivision unique. Randy, if you add any trees here or at your other communities, please consider adding fruit bearing trees and building community garden sites, and help these communities be more self sustaining. We need this in todays world. Everyone should be growing food instead of landscaping for aesthetics. We need to normalize gardens in yards over perfectly manicured yards.
@@IncredibleTinyHomes That/s great! I had only seen where palm trees, crab trees had been planted by ITH. Hopefully, there will be more fruit trees to come.
Randy Jones Estates. Randy is the one that comes up with all these ideas and concepts. Should be name after him. He has inspired people all over the country to create tiny communities. Even. Elon Musk. No one did these things before Randy.
That’s kinda scary, hope the contractors who build r fully licensed & will be responsible for defects & punchlist , I’ve never seen a new home without any issues 🤨
WOW! This is amazing Randy and Amanda! It's hard to pick which house I would pick! How much would it be to add a garage and or a basement? Also, can you do a video what is the area, like restaurants and shopping? THANK YOU!

It's so beautiful there, I wouldn't fill it up with back to back homes.
I just want a piece of what you're offering now but in a more mature and age appropriate for me setting so I might have some friends
the suggestion has been passed on to Randy
Thank you very much! I'm definitely on board with ITH and will be making arrangements to head your way as soon as I am able to. ❤
This is why we love you! ❤
What about a tiny I box as a guest house in the yard or backyard?
Well & septic? I really like this place & your thoughts on this.
I believe he said city water & sewer as well as county roads
This will be city power, sewer and water
Small home, big dreams.
Interest?
Morristown!! The best place I ever lived! I wish I had stayed there, but followed family to upstate SC.
These are beautiful homes.
Much love Randy and Amanda
Absolutely gorgeous❤❤❤❤
walking trails through the woods would be nice
Beautiful houses!!!!!
I think this is awesome what you're doing keep going and go everywhere I don't know why people want these huge homes or how could they afford it the taxes is horrible in some areas
I love when you guys do these shows and promos!!!😊🎉❤ Whoot Whoot
It is sooooo pretty there. Congrats on the new adventure.
How about considering planting a food forest vs just crabapples trees? Love the vision!
FANTASTIC! 🤩🥰
Love the Craftsman style home with all the separate rooms!! ❤
Go small y'all 💗💗💗
The Meadows of Morristown or The Meadowlands of Morristown.
We already have fruit bearing trees along the beach community along the road planted by residents
Property is located in Russellville, not Morristown , Hamblin county ..
@@IncredibleTinyHomes That/s great! I had only seen where palm trees, crab trees had been planted by ITH. Hopefully, there will be more fruit trees to come.
@@heavencantwait1218 Oh, good to know. Only heard them say Morristown, where Amanda is from.
@@jananneshipley3687 I understand , it’s real close by I’m sure people are more familiar with Morristown
Please make home prices, floor plans with square footage available on your website so all of us can view .. Thank you ..
You can request a brochure from sales@incredibletinyhomes.com but I'm sure it will be added to website soon
name suggestion.......... Amanda Acres................
Prohibit private equity firms buying, originally and at resale.
Randy Jones Estates. Randy is the one that comes up with all these ideas and concepts. Should be name after him. He has inspired people all over the country to create tiny communities. Even. Elon Musk. No one did these things before Randy.
Except he said that once it's built he'll be gone.
That’s kinda scary, hope the contractors who build r fully licensed & will be responsible for defects & punchlist , I’ve never seen a new home without any issues 🤨
I've been waiting for this post.
Wooded area would be my preference with a beautiful canopy of young trees. 🏡
MEEK MOUNTAIN, MORRISTOWN TENNESSEE YUP. NUFF SAID 🤠PAY THE MAN!
Wonderful idea , hope everything turns out great, I’m just wondering if the Florida project is still going be in the works.
There is nothing to share yet on the Florida project since it was not finalized
WOW! This is amazing Randy and Amanda! It's hard to pick which house I would pick! How much would it be to add a garage and or a basement? Also, can you do a video what is the area, like restaurants and shopping? THANK YOU!
I like Humble Acres !!! Wish I had the Money to get in. If it’s God’s will!!
Still a very good idea ! I love the first house. It is small so your yard will be bigger.
The basement option is great, I love that
Seriously!
How big the size of the lot?
The Meadows or The Meadows Estates would be a nice name
How about Rolling Hills? Meadow Hills?
Can you please add the “Amanda” as an option house but with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms? 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
It is already 40' long that would add too much length for a tiny home but I will pass the suggestion on to Randy for you
Beautiful
Love the homes
